As he forced his sore body off the ground, the goblin dashed towards him again, ensuring to kill him before its skill wore off.
As the goblin closed in on Bellator, he quickly ran.
'I'm no idiot; it's faster and stronger than me. I'll just wait for the skill cooldown.'
A game of cat and mouse ensued as the goblin chased Bellator. Although he was running away, the goblin easily caught up, slashing at his body.
Narrowly dodging the attacks, Bellator used his sword to parry the upcoming strikes.
Yet, the sheer strength from the goblin caused a *crack* sound to release as Bellator's sword broke.
'Fuck, I should have seen this coming.'
Throwing the sword on the ground, Bellator reverted to using the daggers. Though not providing defense, they also quickly shattered.
Now weaponless, Bellator ran towards the group of goblins that stood and watched the fight.
Seeing the human coming towards them, the goblins instantly tried to run off as they scattered in different directions.
But not before Bellator grabbed a small goblin child.
"KRIIEEKKK" The goblin child screamed as the human held its neck.
The goblin warrior, noticing the small child, stopped moving forward as fear could be seen in its eyes.
'I have to do this, or I'll die,' Bellator thought as he held the child hostage.
As time passed, the goblin warrior, with panic in its eyes, dropped its weapon as it pleadingly looked at Bellator.
Even without communication, Bellator could tell what the goblin warrior was trying to say.
'Take me and leave them alone.'
Still holding the small goblin hostage, Bellator walked towards the goblin warrior, who stared at him pitifully.
As Bellator was within reach of the goblin warrior, its body collapsed to the ground, paralyzed.
'It's finally down,' Bellator thought, relieved.
'Three minutes have never felt this long,' Bellator thought as he let the small goblin go.
Walking to the goblin chief, Bellator took its sword as he stabbed it straight in the head, its eyes quickly going lifeless.
'I'm sorry. Just as you were trying to protect those you care about, I am too,' Bellator thought as he carved the mana stone from its corpse.
Watching in horror as the death of their leader unfolded, the goblins let out screams as they all tried to run for the entrance.
'I'm sorry I can't let you leave.'
Chasing after the goblins, Bellator mercilessly murdered all of them, not sparing the women nor the children, as green blood stained the broadsword.
A symphony of screams filled the cave as Bellator continued killing them relentlessly.
After killing them all, a green portal appeared, one that would take Bellator back home, though he ignored it.
As the screams stopped, all that could be seen in the cave was Bellator's lone figure, carving out all the mana stones, sweat covering Bellator's body.
'31, 32, 33, and 34. This is enough,' Bellator thought excitedly after counting all his mana stones.
*Agghhh.*
Bellator let out a groan as his wounds still hurt.
'If only I could afford healing potions,' Bellator thought.
Finishing counting all his mana stones, Bellator, without second thought, threw them all through the portal as he sat on the floor and waited.
[Conditions fulfilled, opening dungeon endless maze.]
At the same time as the system message, the portal started changing into a scarlet red color.
'I guess it is finally time for the easy part,' Bellator thought as he entered the portal.
Entering the portal, a sickening feeling hit Bellator as the nausea caused him to puke everywhere.
After 5 minutes of non-stop puking, Bellator finally stopped as he looked around the room.
Cobblestone and torches adorned the walls.
Originally, this was a very troublesome maze, which would use illusions to make a person walk in an endless maze until they died.
'Thank goodness I have my trait,' Bellator thought, looking at its description.

He was finally at the room where the item he had gone through so much for was located.

"I should stop thinking about it. It already happened, and there's nothing I can do about it," Bellator said as he ignored his thoughts.
Opening the doors, the item Bellator had come for was on display as it stood on a pedestal.
