"Nothing, damn it." Castiel said angrily, all the saints that accompanied him has come back and informed him that they have found nothing and Castiel was getting more frustrated by the second. To him, it was obvious who the culprit was but he couldn't do anything about it.
"My lord, there is one place we haven't checked yet." Kyle said and looked towards City A.
"No, Synthia said we shouldn't." Castiel said
"My lord forgive me for saying this, but I think lady Synthia is a bit too....close to this Demon to think clearly." Kyle said and the other saints behind him instantly became nervous while Castiel looked at him with a frown.
"You're right, let's go." Castiel said and cast a resolute look towards City A. A strong gust of wind appeared and wrapped around the saints, lifting them into the air. They flew towards the city and Colin could sense them moving towards them.
"Do you think they want our help?" Lily asked
"I doubt that, I don't Synthia's friends are too fond of us and those priests aren't fond of us at all." Alice said
"Let's go see what they want." Colin said and he and Lily flew towards the incoming Angel.
"Hello, your name is Castiel right?" Colin greeted when he appeared infront of the group.
"Be quiet Demon, you have no right to address lord Castiel." Kyle said and Colin looked at him, his eyes glowed red for a second but he restrained himself from doing anything.
[Who's he?] Lily asked curiously when she saw Colin's reaction.
[A pest, nothing more.] Colin replied hatefully
[I see, should I kill him?] Lily asked
[No, that would only make our situation worst.] Colin replied
"I'm here to ask you about the missing saint, I'm sure Synthia has already told you about it." Castiel said
"Yes she did, and I'll tell you the same thing I told her, I have no idea what happened to that saint." Collin replied calmly and Castiel gritted his teeth
"You're lying, we searched the forest and we couldn't find a trace of him and the only trail we have leads here." Castiel said with glowing eyes
"Are you sure that I'm the one lying to you? I have no reason to kill your saint." Colin said and Castiel smirked
"You're a Demon, a violent species of creatures who know nothing but to fight and die, unlike us Angels who are better. I can tell that you are jealous of us, you probably killed that saint out of jealousy or something stupid like that." Castiel said smugly and Colin covered his mouth to suppress his laughter but Lily wasn't so kind, she started laughing uncontrollably in his face.
"Hahahaha, can you even hear yourself when you talk? Why the hell would we be jealous of you? You guys almost got wiped out by a single Corpse Lord, for your information, we have hundreds, maybe even thousands of monsters like that in the underworld and I have even faced a few myself and I'm still here. While you guys can only stay in your little golden bubble for protection, we go anywhere we please, no matter how dangerous it is. Jealous, what a joke." Lily laughed and Castiel's face contorted into one of anger, but he refrained from attacking, the saints however sent out slashes of Holy energy from their blades. Colin jumped infront of Lily and destroyed the attacks with his bare hands and charged towards the saints but Castiel stopped him. He sent a powerful gust of wind towards him sending him flying back a few meters.
Lily unwrapped the serpent bracelet on her wrist, turning it into a whip and charged forward towards Castiel. Suddenly, a glaive appeared in Castiel's hand, it had a golden shaft with a silver serpent coiling around it and silver blade with a green rune carved into it. He whispered phrase in hagios and a large sphere of wind appeared around him and the saints, making them feel like they were trapped in the center of a roaring hurricane. Lily snorted and whispered something in Lilim and her whip glowed red and serpents mouth opened up wide. She swung the whip towards the barrier of wind, and the whip sunk it's serpentine fangs into the wind barrier and the barrier slowly turned red and Castiel gritted his teeth.
Just as Colin was about to attack as well, a rain of metal swords fell between the two groups and turned into a metallic wall, forcing both sides to disengage from each other.
"What's going on here?" Mr. Ziek said calmly but everyone present could feel the fury in his voice. Beside him was a metal platform holding the other saints in the air.
"They attacked me and I was simply defending myself." Castiel said, but Mr. Ziek glared at him furiously, he was not buying it.
"I guess Angels have a short memory as well, certainly not something for demons to be jealous of. Wouldn't you agree you lying bastard?" Lily said angrily and Mr. Ziek turned to glare at her but she glared right back at him.
"I think you should take your friend and leave before this escalates any further." Colin said with his sword in hand and Mr. Ziek seems to agree and wordlessly flew back to City B. Getting the message, Castiel followed behind along with the saints.
"Can you believe those arrogant pricks? Now I know where Lucifer gets his pride from." Lily said angrily
"I think I should move up the schedule for our move." Colin said
"Why should we move? If I remember correctly, you were born in this realm and you don't have to make those arrogant pricks feel comfortable at your expense. If they try something like that again, I'm gonna kill them, hmph." Lily said and flew away
"This is getting out of hand, maybe I should try and find that saint as well." Colin mumbled before following after Lily.
