I'm pretty sure humans couldn't jump out of a window two stories above ground without breaking a bone or atleast a sprain so the front door it was. The backdoor was out of the question because of the nauseating stench downstairs and the corpses that would traumatize any normal person.
"Why are we going through the front door when their is a back entrance?" Claire asked and so I explained my reasoning.
"I'm pretty sure we can handle it. Come on guys." Claire said and I could only shake my head as the others followed behind her. Reaching downstairs they headed for the backdoor while I used [Senses Manipulation] to dull my sense of smell. Soon they started covering their nose as the nauseating stench entered their nostrils but they stubbornly continued to advance or more accurately Claire stubbornly continued and the others followed. I just followed watching amusedly as their eyes started to water but they stubbornly continued anyway but their minds quickly changed when they saw the first corpse. The corpse was mangled and looked like it was eaten by a wild animal and all of them started to puke without exception and quickly ran back to the front door. I slowly walked after them not the least bit bothered by the corpse but strangely disgusted at the sight of them puking.
'Weaklings.' This thought surprised me as I knew it was only natural for people to puke when smelling something so nauseating and seeing a corpse like that. Shaking the thought from his head he continued to walk towards the group slowly.
"How can you stand that stench?" Roxy asked as she tried not to puke again.
"It gets worse the deeper you go?" I said and her face pale.
"So front door?" I asked and they nodded
"But how are we going to get pass the zombies?" Claire asked and I could swear if she asked another question I might kill her, she was seriously annoying me.
"I'll distract the zombies and you guys go to the bus." I said and before Claire could ask another question I threw her a menacing stare and even activated [Aura Vision] to make my eyes glow a bit. This caused them to tremble in fear when they saw my eyes glow red.
"Now let's go." I said as I made my way towards the front door. But before I reached the door I remembered something and gave one of my guns to Tim who took it with trembling hands.
"Just incase." I said then opened the door. The thralls immediately noticed our presence as they stared at us with their red eyes.
"Go now!!!" I shouted and took my machete into my hand. They didn't even ask any question and took off leaving me to face the undead horde on my own. Perfect. The horde didn't waste anytime and rushed towards us but I didn't sit still either.

I dived into the horde killing thrall after thrall but I wasn't here to kill them all only buy time. So I activated [Aura Vision] and found a group of blue auras standing stationary behind the university so i assumed they reached the buses already. Now how was I going to get away from these monsters. Thinking quickly I activated [Demon's Pride], the idea was to use the boost provided by the Trait to get as much distance between the undeads as possible even if I'll be a bit exhausted afterwards.
Enacting my plan I ran towards where Claire and the others were but while I was running an unexpected yet small problem accured. I could feel a rising feeling of self contempt and one thought kept resounding in my mind.
'Why am I running from these weaklings?' I quickly crushed this thought but it only got stronger and stronger the more distance I put between myself and the undeads. I finally reached where the others were and I immediately deactivated the Trait and my mind became clear as well. They were already inside one of the buses and one of the guys were already in the drivers seat so I quickly jumped in. Atleast they weren't completely useless.
"Drive!" I shouted and he quickly pressed on gas and drived out of the dark garage. We soon saw the undeads but I told the guy to simply run them over and like that we escaped the university of the dead.
