FLAT ON HIS STOMACH, Kamil yawns, rolls to his sides, stretches and goes right back to sleeping. He hears a snicker and blindly reaches for Precious' shoulder.
"It's past eight."
He hmms.
"A Captain should be an early bird."
He hmms again, his foggy brain not understanding Precious logic. What has Captain and a bird have to do with each other?
"You came back from your jog forty minutes ago. It's time to wake up, Captain."
Forty minutes feels a whole lot like four minutes. He doesn't think it has been that long but he guess he should believe the Alpha.
"Did…" voice groggy from sleep, Kamil clears his throat. "Did I wake you?"
"No." Precious doesn't elaborate further.
Reluctantly, Kamil narrows his eyes open. Precious is slouched in a way that half of his body restsnon the headboard and the other half on the bed.
