"I have never asked, what do you want me to call you?" Sebastian asked, after the long silence of hearing Jen's story, "I will never call you Jenna again if that makes you feel bad."
"Actually, I don't mind," Jen said, with a look of relief on her face.
She never told her friends her story, and it felt nice to be able to tell someone about it, even if the two of them were forced by the circumstances to be close to each other.
"My parents used to call me Nana. From Jenna," She laughed, "It sounded so cute but I am too old for it." Jen stood up and walked to the window to get some fresh air.
"Nana, I like it. No one is too old for a pet name." Sebastian followed her to the window, "Just, don't know how to explain the name to your friends."
"Just say it is a cute nickname you found for me," Jen turned to him and smiled, "We are going to act like couples anyways."
Sebastian walked in front of her, gently leaned over to Jen, almost pressing her against the window, and asked: "Are you sure?"
"Jen, are you sure? I know you agreed because you want to know more about your Aunt Rosa... Maybe she is still out there...But we are down for some challenges. Are you really ready for it?"
"I am," Jen said, without hesitation.
She wished to see Victor again, to know more about her family and YD's connection, to ask why Victor has a sculpture of Rosa, and to see Sebastian succeed.
"I am ready if you are." She said, burying her head into Sebastian's chest.
He looked down at her, her soft hazel hair smelled like coconuts, reminding him of some of his best memories in summertime.
Sebastian put his hands on her shoulder and said:
" We can do this. I got you, you will find your family."
Then he thought to himself:" Or I will be your new family."
Jen looked up, she had never noticed how pretty his eyelashes were, and they were also a little curly.
His eyes were shiny, she knew that even though Sebastian hadn't talked about it ever, he also missed his family; he never mentioned his missing father, but Jen knew that he wished to have a loving father around, even without much money to spear.
Jen loved watching Sebastian's eyelashes move every time he blinked, it looked like a couple of butterfly wings flying to their favorite destination.
But all of a sudden, the butterflies stopped their movements- closed his eyes, and he was moving closer and closer to Jen.
She thought she knew what to expect, so she also closed her eyes and slightly tilted her head up but it didn't land on her lips- he just gently kissed her forehead.
"We are really going to go through this. I will make sure to find out about what happened to your Aunt Rosa." He said with determination.
But Jen didn't seem to care too much about what he was saying, she just put her arms around him and gave him a very tight huge:
"I know," she said, "I know you would. Thank you."
"Hey, Victor, you are right. The two really have a thing for each other." While Jen and Sebastian were having their first truly romantic moment, Lucy was on the phone with Victor, "I know, I saw them hugging. You are such a good matchmaker." Lucy laughed.
"I hope they are nice to you, I know my Sebastian, but I am not sure how the girl acted." Victor said over the phone, "I will introduce you the next time I get back, but for now they just think you are the housekeeper."
"Oh, these two are angels, don't you worry." Lucy responded, "Anyways, I gotta go. I need to sneak out of the house, I told Sebastian it was my day off."
Sebastian didn't know how long the hug lasted, but his arms were getting sore.
He gently patted Jen's head and asked her:" So, Nana, do you want to go see Luna? Why was she so drunk yesterday?"
Jen also let go of Sebastian, sat by the window, and laughed: " She was dumped."
"By whom? I didn't know she was dating someone."
"She wasn't, that's the problem," Jen laughed, "her favorite manga character got married in the new chapter."
