"So that wasn't a Dream..."
Were my first words after realizing in what kind of situation I find myself in.
Looking around once more I look back to those bookshelves and looked for anything useful like books about geologie, flora and fauna, Alchemy and Magic and placed them on a small table close by
And looking at them I remembered something crucial in the letter from Luna
"System?"
With that a light blue screen appeared in front of my eyes
[[System]]
>Status
>Inventory (0/20)
>Arcane Knowledge
>Map
>&$#!*$#
>*^%#$!
It's interesting to see that there are two of the options I cannot select or read... Let's hope they become useful later on but I better first have a look at my Status so I can get a baseline for what I currently am
"Sta-"
But before I finished speaking it already switched over to the status screen
[[System - Status]]
>Name= ???(Unknown)
>Race= Witch
>Specialization= Cold Witch
>Level= 1
>Current Experience= 15%
>Status effects= Mild Hunger
>Age= 21
>True Age= &%@!
>Title= Lazy Witch, True Witch,
Luna's Chosen Witch
As I was reading trough the status screen
My eyes stopped at my name or better said lack of a name the fact that I had 2 sets of ages and a few titles.
I wonder why it doesn't show things like HP, Stamina or mana?
"Notice"
[Information like HP and Stamina are subjektive due to how things interact with bloodloss, decapitation and impalement through vital organs like the heart, lungs or brain.
So those values are mostly irrelevant but at the users wish they can be added.
Besides that, Mana has been added to the Status screen]
"Okay Good to know and please add Info to HP and Stamina as well"
"Notice"
[... HP and Stamina have been added to the Status Screen]
[[System - Status]]
>Name= ???(Unknown)
>Race= Witch
>Specialization= Cold Witch
>Level= 1
>Current Experience= 15%
>Status effects= Mild Hunger
>HP= 300/300
>Stamina= 200/200
>Mana= 500/500
>Age= 21
>True Age= &%@!
>Title= Lazy Witch, True Witch,
Luna's Chosen Witch
... how do I compare to an average human?
"Notice"
[The Average human has 100 HP,
60 Stamina and 0 Mana.
Outliers are the Average knight with 160 HP,
100 Stamina and 30 Mana.
the average Ranger with 130 HP,
140 Stamina and 60 Mana or
the average Mage with 100 HP,
80 Stamina and 100 Mana.
The Average Witch has 140 HP, 120 Stamina
And 200 Mana]
"Then why do I have so much more than any of those?"
"Notice"
[You are a true Witch with the blessing of being Luna's first Chosen]
....I need another nap....
*growl*
Or some food...
Let's go find out where the Kitchen is
-----------------------------------------------------------
Alright so I managed to find out that the room I woke up in (now my room) is directly under the roof with some stairs down to the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has a dedicated study with a lot of books that all seemed to be newer than the ones in my room.
Beside the Study there is also a relatively large bath and two more small but empty bedrooms.
On the ends of the hallway were the stairs
On one end going back up to my bedroom on the other there were some stairs going down to the 1st floor.
On the 1st floor directly to the right of the stairs is a well stocked kitchen with a window
Looking out into the woods but still being 1 floor above the ground.
Next to the kitchen is a living area with a large table and six seats and a table lower to the ground with two large sofas and 2 small ones surrounding it infront of a large glass window.
On the other side of the hallway there is a very large Alchemy room with 3 different cauldrons 1 small, 1 medium and 1 large
With the large one having his own dedicated fireplace other than those there is a big Alchemy table with a thick book and different utensils resting near a cuttingboard as well as dryed herbs hanging in bundles above the table.... D-does that R-root have a a face?...
M-m-moving on to the G-ground Floor
"Notice"
[That is a dried Mandroga Root useful for the creation of many Potions or Elixirs ]
Great... it's still disturbing to know that it has a .... was this thing once Ali... you know what perplex probsbly make worse stuff than Alchemycal brews from corpses so I'm just gonna ignore that one...
"Notice"
[...Yes...]
...
...
Moving on to the ground floor I find myself in what looks like a storage area for potions
I had a good look around but ~85% are just empty bottles.
Out of curiosity I had a closer look at one of the bottles, they das some form of magic formation that looked like a mixture of a circle and a pentagram along with runes inside of each of the spaces in the pentagram.
While I have no clue what they mean I think they are on them to keep the liquids once they are inside fresh and useful.
And looking at the ones that have something
Inside them I also saw them have labels around the neck of the bottle and saw them labeled as Health, Mana and Stamina Potions
... why are there Stamina Potions I mean think about it would you want to chug down a entire bottle of liquid when you are out of breath?
I most certainly would not like to have to do that so that seemed quite flawed to me...
But I also don't know the logic of this world...
Or more precisely it's common sense but I will have to find that one out at a later date
After that I went to the last room of this house it's a shop front with a lot of furniture made of dark red wood and dark metal locks, hinges ... and a chandelier... this place has a lot of headroom the front door is a relatively wide set of double doors that are also a bit larger height wise than the interior doors
But other than that they have a lot of motives
Around snowflakes the moon and a Witch riding her broom. it was made of mostly metal except for a circular window on each door showing a Cresent moon with a snowflake filling the empty space and beside the doors was a large window with a display
Looking outside she saw the clearing of some woods but no other buildings around.
"Great, where the hell am I?"
