With a creak, the front door opened. This audible noise caused Lua to return from his thoughts, and he sprang up from the desk. Lua could already tell who had arrived was Arc and Nacht, due to their innate connection to one another.
He left his workshop that had been littered by his schematics and material parts. He turned a right and saw Arc and Nacht entering the apartment, with happy but exhausted faces. The exhaustion was mostly on Nacht's face, as he was the only biological person among them.
"How was it?" Lua did not hesitate to ask, leaning on a wall.
Nacht put away his shoes and hung his coat on the rack, wiping off a bit of snow. Both of these items were a gift from Lua, bought for cheap from a nearby shop. "It was brilliant. The white snow was amazing. It had been years since I've seen it with my own eyes."
Arc chuckled at Nacht's playful tone. "He spent most of his time making snow angels and having snow fights with the local children."
