It was only a few hours after Nazmi woke up that they were ready to begin their journey to the Mirage.
Well, journey was a bit of an exaggeration. Yes, the distance between the Red Moon and the Mirage was actually great… but Caelus had developed some complicated device that created portals. It connected to the user's consciousness and would take them wherever they needed to go, as long as they knew the exact coordinates of their destination.
Evidently, it was made using incredibly rare materials and enchanted with an extremely difficult spell. For this reason, Caelus was only able to create two. It was decided that Samir would hold onto Nazmi in order to take her with him with one of the devices, while Rasne used the other. Being able to transport two people at once required a lot of magical prowess, but Samir's blood magic was more than proficient for the task.
