Chapter 3 - HER START

In the midst of an eye, she was already twenty and it was time for her to start her new journey. Now the money in her bank account was already 3.1million dollars and Both Julie and Magret who took care of her as her younger sister instead of an employee decided to look for a place for the new company. At first Julie suggested they rented a place but Magret suggested they buy it instead and so soon they settled on buying it . They registered their company and got ready to delve into work.

In the notebook Julie's father left behind, he drafted a detailed business plan which he instructed her to follow thoroughly for two years from the begining of her business. The company he wanted her to establish was an Art Gallery as he believed in the next ten years to come which was now left with six, the market for art will grow. With this idea, As they were looking for a place to establish the company, they decided and bought a place where the view faced the beach. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. As the place was closer to the beach and was very quiet, you could hear the sound of the waves and birds chirping not to even talk about the spectacular scenery. There were long and short coconut trees and even adorable little palm trees. The grass was also really thick which made it moisturizing to walk on bare footed. In all, the place was amazing and the land was very big as it widened along the coast. They spent over a million dollars on buying the place and about two thousand renovating it.

The second step her father wrote was to use some of the money to buy some antiques and arts that were good but wasn't much appreciated. He then instructed in the notebook to make some contacts to some people he listed and try to make acquittance with them and reveal her relationship with him to them if they reject her as they used to be friends, they will at most help her because of him.By the end of the second instruction, he told her to look into one of the boxes he left behind, they were some paintings which was really valuable and would be on demand after it is showcased. As she had kept all his belongings safe in Magrets storeroom ,it wasn't hard for her to find the paintings and some antiques. As she knew almost 98 percent about art, it wasn't hard for her to see whether an art is good or bad and even original or fake. As she opened all the paintings and explained all of them to Magret one after the other, she realised those paintings were really valuable and costly. some of them even costed over millions and many people wanted it.Magret then asked Julie how her father was able to acquire all those works and why didn't he sell it when they were in need but rather kept it away out of curiosity ."Maybe he was waiting for this moment" Julie said and Magret nodded as she also thought so.

That moment Julie realised her father had done and sacrificed alot for her future, she felt really emotional but little did she know there was more that she will find out in the future. The two of them planned in detail how they would arrange the gallery studio like an art museum. The following day, they went to the contacts her father mentioned and as he expected they all rejected her, who would want to invest and waste their efforts on a newly established art gallery but after she mentioned who her father was and how he instructed her to go to them, They all agreed to help her without any conditions. After that, she bought some drawing and painting materials to replace her old ones as she always used her leisure time on either painting or drawing. She also imported some high quality paintings from other countries.

By this time, there was only a few thousands left in her bank account but lucky for her, she had already arranged everything and it was already in place. They decided to name the gallery as JULIE'S ART MUSEUM and since Julie was the CEO of the company and knew everything about business management, She appointed Magret as the Co-founder and deputy manager. Magret was now around thirty six but although she studied management at college, she couldn't afford the tuition and thus ended up dropping out of school to open up the noodle shop.Amongst the contacts her dad refered to her was a marketer, an auditor, a business administrator and an IT expert. They were all in either their early or late fifties but they all agreed to work for her and so she got a good team for a start. After the arrangement at the gallery , she invited all the elders who were now her employees to take look at it before it was officially opened. They were really amazed by how the company was and praised her for her work.

Next, they decided on the advertising process of the art museum and this time , the Marketer who was Mr Steve did the job perfectly well. They waited for a month and when they saw that there were some recognition about the gallery from the constant advertising, they scheduled the gallery's opening. They did their best and invited some famous people in the art industry, a few reporters and a some influencers. That day, dressed in a black fitting dress which showed her perfect body shape complimented by a long red gloves and a high hell with her hair tied into a bun, Julie looked stunningly beautiful with her light makeup. She was like a diva.Almost all of the guests were stunned by her beauty. She was young but very charismatic.

That night , after a good four hours or interacting with others and showcassing her company, the commencement and show cassing party ended with success. The party was scheduled for a Saturday and so after the party she got to rest the next day as work would officially start on Monday .
