"Looks like we've got elves chasing us now,"
"Alpha can tell they are close!" Alpha alarted, this immediately made Isla pull out her spear, getting just as nervous as she also could sense the elves closing in.
'Elves? There shouldn't be any living beings around here for miles, this is where the god is being sealed, perhaps they are also travelers?' Isla thought to herself, her eyes swaying left and right.
And then from nowhere, came the special attacks, egg looking things began flying out of the bushes, each one releasing a blue fug as soon as they touched the ground.
The smoke clouded the sight of Isla and Alpha, making it harder for anyone to tell what was happening around them.
'Distractions?' Luminis whispered in his mind, before he yelled, "Alpha! Stay close to me!!!".
"Hmmmmm!!!"
The humming sound of Alpha struggling echoed in his ear, causing him to immediately turn towards the source, although the smoke was making it impossible to see, Luminis was still able to tell what was happening inside.
He sensed them, the individuals that leaped into the smoke and quickly grabbed both Isla and Alpha the second they were in and stepped out just as quickly.
"Aril!!!" Luminis called out, charging forward as he already caught on to what the elves were doing.

"Thank you!"
With a boost, Luminis was out of the smoke, in his eyes sight, he could see multiple red and blue dots from different angles of the forest, these red dots indicated the elves who attacked and the blue were the people he was going to save.
The elves, movin crazy fast were leaping from tree to tree, in their hands, Isla and Alpha who had been tied up with a red glowing rope.
"Two? Should we have taken the other one?" One of the elves asked, following right behind the red haired elf who was carrying Alpha on his shoulder.
"I don't know, But if this isn't going to satisfy the god bird, there's nothing more we can do unless we find more sacrifices." The red haired elf replied, carrying Alpha securely.
"Hmmm! Hmmm!" Isla on the other hand was struggling to free herself from the elf who was carrying her, her body jiggling desperately in the hands of her kidnaper.
"Hey, stay still!" The elf yelled, pausing so he could balance himself and not fall to the ground while his other companions were speeding past him.
He was just about to continue his leap when fear caught him off guard, right in front of him was Luminis, his red intimidating eyes staring a hole into the elf.
"Ahhhhh!!!"
The scream of the elf caused the rest to immediately halt their advances and look back, only to see that one of their companions was missing.
"Uhn… where did he…?"
Swooop!
Another one vanished in the blink of an eye along with a fading scream that was swept into the abyss of the forest.
"Where being attacked! Quick! Everyone take the lower ground, we are at a disadvantage up here!" Yelled the red haired elf before he jumped down.
As soon as he landed on the ground, he tossed Alpha to the side, reaching for his back and pulled out a dagger with a deadly stance.
Every elf had their bows drawn, sword unsheathed and even spear ready to be launched at whoever was attacking.
"Relax, I've barely said a word and it already looks like you all want me dead… you can't possibly be that weak."
Luminis' voice echoed into the ears of the onlookers as he walked out of the bushes, dragged on the floor by his hands, was the lifeless body of the two elves he had taken out.
For soom, his sudden appearance left them in a position of shock, for Alpha, a radiating smile showed on her face.
"Where did you come from?" One of the elves asked, his bow aimed at Luminis while his hands were trembling.
Luminis sighed, releasing the elves he was dragging around, "I take my eyes off you for a second and you get abducted, you really stress me out more than I need to."
Alpha smiled.
Step! Step!
Luminis began moving closer with a serious expression on his face.
"S-stay where you are, or I swear we'll kill em!" The red haired elf threatened, immediately pulling Alpha closer and placing the dagger close to her neck.
While on the left side, the elf holding on to Isla did the same, pointing the tip of her arrow close to Isla's neck.
But Luminis didn't budge, he kept walking towards them, not a single sign of fear or hesitation in his movements.
"Tch!" The red haired elf scoffed angrily, before turning to his kind yelling, "Kill him!"
Phew!
It didn't take a second before two of the elves standing at the very front of the group fired an arrow.
Luminis grabbed both arrows before they could damage just face, and with a powerful boom, he charged forward.
The elves had their eyes widened in terror when Luminis was suddenly right in front of his, his palm, covering their faces before he slammed their heads to the ground, rendering them unconscious.
"What kind of monsters are …."
Before the nearest elf to Luminis could even finish his sentence, he found himself flying towards the tree behind him after he suddenly received a punch from Luminis to the stomach.
Those that witnessed this began to panic, taking steps back, not a single one wanted to go up against Luminis, especially now that they had seen what he's capable of.
Luminis turned his head towards the red elf, his eyes still taking the red hue that left all those who looked directly into it paralyzed from fear.
"Kindly give me back my subordinate, I don't want to harm you guys any more than you don't want to fight." Luminis spoke, dusting his hands as he moved closer.
The red haired elf was pissed, his teeths garnished in frustration before he suddenly yelled, "Don't let him get close,. finish him alr-"
Wooosh!
Silence took over when Luminis flickered to his front,
"Eh?"
Booow!
A powerful kick from Luminis to the face sent the red haired elf flying into the bushes and slamming against a tree.
