"How is this possible?" exclaimed Peter. "He didn't even touch them."
"Once again, Mr. Williams, you have 30 seconds to get out of here. I won't repeat myself."
Peter, feeling Michael's cold gaze, shut up and left in silence, followed by Olivia and Emma, who was woken up by the noise.
"Why didn't you tell me he had powers?" said Peter.

The three individuals breathed a sigh of relief. Having a stranger who could kill people with the snap of his fingers was nerve-wracking.
"I want you to explain to me everything that happened," said Peter to Olivia, "and don't forget any details. As for Emma, you won't tell your family what happened this evening."
Emma nodded slightly.
