Jekel lurched forward from the slap and almost fell out of his chair. Markus laughed at the scene. Horton took his hand away from Simon. There were three resplendent crystals in his palm as he did so.
Caden softly smiled while Vincent and the others laughed without a care. In that brief moment, each one of them gave off the aura of what their future selves would have. Takashi's aura was similar to a young folinian cub. Young but full of viciousness.
