Entering the guest house's main dining room I was greeted with a long and narrow table that seem a bit excessive in my opinion with the matching golden trim chairs and chandelier. It seems my father really likes to show off.
I turned to the head of the table where my mother sat looking at me with a loving smile on her face and her three maids standing behind her. The maid on the far left was Bella's mother who's name is Ann, she looked just like Bella however more mature and a slim tall body. Ella's mother was in the middle, her name is katherine and is medium high with beautiful mature curves with the same hair and eyes as ella as well. Because ella is older and her mother is in the mage realm they basically look like twins besides the fact ella has a more playful personality while Katherine is the perfect example of a trusted maid and naturally more mature.
The last maid seems to be a bit younger probably in her 20's and her name is Quinn, she is probably my favourite out of my mothers maids as she has a very sexy and playful personality and seductive body, with royal blue hair going down to her tailbone and eyes to match.
"Happy birthday, love❤️" Elian said as I sat down and all three maids echoed behind her,
"Happy birthday young master"
"Thank you" I replied
"So, how's my little Xavier's training going? I was told you've been training everyday with swords, daggers and even throwing knifes?"
"Yes mother, I feel comfortable with them and want to become strong." I said as we started eating
"That's good son, I still don't know why the count won't allow you to you a two edged sword as it's usually the noble standard to do so. Also I'm glad you're comfortable with those weapsons but you should know daggers and especially throwing knifes are looked down upon as they are seen as cowardly and assassin type weapons. I fear this will earn you more distain from other nobles …. And the count" Elaine said while sighing at the end.
"I understand mother, however I don't mind what others think of me as long as you don't care… I want to be strong and well rounded so no matter what happens I can protect us from the family" I replied as I tried to think of the best answer while still trying to sound innocent.
'It's been extremely hard to keep the kid act for so long but I've started to grow attached to the first people to seems to actually care for me since my other parents … only a little though, ya I'm mostly staying for resources anyways' I inwardly said trying to convince myself.
"Okay darling I understand. However after dinner mommy's going to help you with your mana and start trying to unlock your other cores, okay?" Elaine said with a wry smile
Most people that have cores will have them right from birth and they will show the colour matching your affinity right away. For example Elaine's cores are green and red. Anyone above mage realm can 'see' others core colours as long as the person is weaker then them. And that's also why the count, my father has never come to meet me since birth. As I not only have four cores but they are all equal in size meaning each takes 1/4 of my mana. This means not only will it take me 4x as long as normal to progress but also I'll be weak no matter what power I use as until I have enough mana to not immediately deplete my cores after a few spell. Not only that but one core is also dormant!!!! I have a ice blue core which is easy enough to know what it is but the other ones that shows anything but grey is a purple one and a bluish purple one, what the fuck is purple!! No one knows what purple is or what two colours in the same core mean and they aren't even doing anything and I can't pull any mana out from them so it's as if I right now only have one core that is 1/4 of what others in my realm should have!
"Okay thank you, mother" I replied
After dinner mother, her maids, and I walked to the private training hall in the guest house. Stepping in it just looks like a gymnasium however four times as large with high ceiling and some magic runes over the walls to prevent damaging them. It seems mother's family has some rune masters as she was taught them and was the one that engraved them here as well as on some training dummies in the corner. She sat down cross legged and motioned me to sit in front of her with my back turned.
As I sat in front of her so placed a hand on the middle of my back and said.
Okay honey, I'm going to push some mana into you, please try and keep your head clear and focus on your breathing."
"Okay"
As I sat there I felt the mana go through my veins entering my lower stomach. All four of my cores greedily took the mana. This went on for a few hours until I was drenched of sweat.
"Okay honey that's enough for today, how about you come take a bath with me❤️"
"…okay…" I nodded shyly as a tint of red came over my face.
'Can you blame me??? She's beautiful with seductive curves and is the one that cares for me the most! She's not even actually my mother! Well not the first one… Whatever I don't need to explain myself to you' I end up saying in my head towards a void for some unknown reason…
Elaine picks me up and drags me with her in the direct on the main bath, it is a beautiful and noble bath with golden trim and a lion head in the centre of a pool like bath that fills the bath with the water coming from its open mouth.
