"Leave me," Brenda scowled and slapped Thomas' hand away as they entered. They stood in the hallway, which was past the kitchen.
She glared at Thomas, not pleased with the way he had pulled her and dragged her inside, and he sighed. She wants to give Vin a piece of her mind; if there was one thing she despised, it was people making a fool of her.
Thomas tried to calm her down, "I am sorry for dragging you, but if I hadn't, you would have fought the man and that would put you inside a cell instead of enjoying a meal with your sister."
Brenda muttered something under her breath as she looked around the hallways; there were at least five doors, and she could not tell which side Louise had led Sonya to.
She was about to open a door when Vin walked past them and said, "The last door, find room 56."
Thomas thanked the man, but Brenda glared at him as if she was ready to continue with her plans outside.
