In an instant, the entire world disappeared, and there remained only one solitary human. A suffocating blackness enveloped all, and a voice, both eerie and omnipresent, echoed through the void. "The Curse has been initiated, selecting its champion—the most righteous soul among them all: Ralph Valdís." With these enigmatic words, the eyes of all eight billion souls turned toward a bewildered man named Ralph. His heart raced, and confusion clouded his thoughts as he stumbled to his feet, finding himself in the confines of his familiar bedroom.
Ralph's face contorted with fear and uncertainty as he glanced out of his window, desperate for any sign of life. "IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE?" he cried out into the unsettling silence. No response but the eerie quiet that hung heavy in the air.
Breaking this eerie silence was a faint sound, a subtle movement originating from downstairs. Ralph's breath grew heavy, his fear palpable. Despite his trepidation, he knew he had to confront the mysteries unfolding within his own home.
Creeping down the stairs cautiously, he noticed the door to his garage slightly ajar. As he reached the bottom step and tilted his head to peer inside, a masculine figure came into view. But upon closer inspection, Ralph's blood ran cold. The figure had dark blue skin and ghostly white eyes, with a grotesque scar marring its swollen cheeks. It stood an imposing seven feet tall. Ralph's scream pierced the silence as he sprinted out of the house, unable to comprehend the horrifying sight before him. Little did he know that fleeing would prove to be his gravest mistake.
After running tirelessly, gasping for breath, Ralph thought he had escaped the nightmare within his home. However, a harsh reminder of Earth's new reality awaited him. A bizarre, green sphere, resembling a monstrous slime with bloodshot eyes and teeth sharper than blades, lunged at Ralph and clamped onto his arm. Agonizing pain surged through him, and he frantically shook his arm, attempting to break free from its savage grip. But then, it unleashed a nightmarish swarm, an army from the depths of hell, upon him. Humanity could do naught but bear witness as Ralph's bones plummeted to the ground, their echoes fading into the unsettling silence that had enveloped the world.
