"How long do you think it will take us to gather sufficient victims to start a class?" Ruby inquires.
"It could be years," adds Jacks, seeming a little dejected about the situation.
"That is just too extensive." Ruby adds, scratching her forehead, "I don't think I can wait that long and endure all of the uncertainties all the while." Her expression was one of sheer anguish and suffering.
Cali extends her hand to lightly touch her on the knee, and she does it very gently. She gives her a feeble grin in return as she looks at her.
"We can't afford to waste any more time with Anthony. Ruby, are you interested in taking part in the class action? If not, we shall operate independently." Nik pauses to stare at Ruby while gently grasping her hand.
"I want this to be over with as soon as possible. On the other hand, the other victims need help, right?" Ruby's mouth quivers as she speaks.
