But after they've awakened into Lotus Hells, that changes. They no longer need natural energy, but they can still absorb it to replenish your Hell Qi. At this stage, they aren't full-fledged Lotus Hells because they lack one crucial thing. The one thing that symbolizes the Land of the Dead."
Zeke said, "Spirits."
The Heavenly Demon nodded. "Vengeful spirits in our case. Your immature Lotus Hells need to trap as many vengeful spirits as they can. The trapped vengeful spirits inside each Lotus Hell will devour each other until only one is left."
