"Tell me something Zane," Cypher asked and he unbuttoned his shirt. His appearance was haggard but sexy, his eye bags were visible, the subtle jawline of his beautiful face was now lined with tiny strings of beards and he felt so exhausted even without doing anything. Work has been piled up for him to do, from the Pack merging, the war, and the Financial stability of the pack.
He hasn't even checked on the treasure house since he got up from a coma. He needs to make sure to get some treasure to keep others from the disturbing Alphas out of his way who want to merge. Since they won't accept his No, they should accept his money.
"Well, nothing much aside from the fact that your brother has been weird."
"Hmm…in what way?"
*L"I don't know, he's now so discreet. I saw him sneak out with Ashton the other night to God's nowhere as if a gun was being pointed at his head. I think he's up to something."
