Kaylan was stunned at his next move as she watched the door slam shut. The atmosphere had become suddenly stiff and cold at her reply and it was as if she stabbed his chest so hard that he could barely say a word but took her towel to cover her up and walk out.
She was now dressed in a body-hugging satin gown with sequence designs scattered on the hands.
She lost appetite as she couldn't concentrate but wondered where Cypher had gone.
Feeling restless and tired, she got up and looked around. Tired and grateful that the twins were not available to watch her or boss her around and made her way outside the mansion in the dark.
"Let's run Kaylan, it's been ages." Her wolf suggested but she shook her head.
"No, it's dangerous. This is Crescent Star Pack and one wrong move can put us in trouble."
