Lucas Griffin's eyes narrowed sharply, and with a quick reflex, he caught her hand.
The next second, Amanda Jenkins's body rebounded, and as she leaned forward, she fell into the bathtub with a "plop."
Her cry was drowned out by the water as she floundered like a duck out of water in the large bathtub.
Lucas pulled her out of the water, and seeing her panic-stricken and awkward appearance, couldn't help but start laughing.
"Bastard! You're still laughing!" Amanda, infuriated and embarrassed, randomly swung at Lucas.
Water splashed about, her hits didn't hurt him at all; instead, they seemed to tickle him, making Lucas laugh even harder.
"Stop laughing! Don't you dare laugh!!"
"Alright, alright, I'll stop laughing." Lucas held her shoulders, "If you keep this up, even my wound is going to get soaked."
Amanda wiped the water off her face and, seeing that the bandage on his right arm had become wet, she finally calmed down.
