Third Person POV

"Where is he right now?" Emma asked Müller.
"At the main gate. The guards are preventing him from entering without going through all the checkpoints as you ordered." He answered.
They headed out to the cars since the distance between the main gate and the main house is quite far, approximately 15 minutes walk.
"Who the fuck are you trying to check? Don't you know who am I?" They could hear Zeus shouting at the guards before reaching the gate.
"We're sorry, sir. It's young miss' orders." They guy explained.
"No they're not! Why would young miss-"
"They are my orders, Zeus. Everybody is to get checked before coming in." She said in a do-not-question-my-orders tone.
Zeus nodded at her, and let the guards check him and his guards.
When he finished, Emma turned to his bodyguards. "You stay here and help them." She ordered. "As for you, follow me." She said looking at Zeus.
~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
"So what brought you here?" She asked once they've settled down in the living room.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Zeus' tone was quite aggressive and accusing.
"You know?" Emma raised an eyebrow.
"You kn-" Zeus, cut himself off sighing frustratingly, unable to believe her calmness after his revelation. "Is that all you have to say to me!" He was dumbfounded.
"What exactly do you want me to say, congratulate you on finally finding out?" She said nonchalantly.
"HOW THE FUCK DID I GET TANGLED UP WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU!" Snapped Zeus, and sent the glass flying across the room towards the wall behind Emma, it barely missed her.
Müller was in front of him in a blink, grabbing him by his throat, squeezing the living lights out of him. "Do you have a death wish, 'cause I can certainly help you realising it!" He seethed in his ear.
Emma was a red line to everyone, no one no matter what their rank is is allowed to cross the line with her. They're all very protective of her, but Müller is extra protective than others.
"Release him, Müller." Emma ordered him. She didn't even flinch when the cup flew right past her. She maintained her pose with no change.
Müller backed down as per orders.
"Have you finished your pathetic rant yet?" She turned towards Zeus, her eyes held a dangerous glint to them.
"Rant? You call this rant!" He exclaimed, furious. "YOU HID MY FATHER'S IDENTITY FROM ME!" He yelled in the same tone.
"Exactly! It's your father. You're the one who wasn't even interested in finding him claiming he abandoned you and your mother! You were the one who was supposed to find him, whether to kill him, blame him, or to simply know who he was, but no you being the pussy that you are preferred crawling in your dark cave you call self pity." Snapped Emma. "Did you really think I would train someone myself if I wasn't asked by someone I can't say no to. You should have put two and two together way before anybody told you or hinted at it, that is if you're really the Crawlers' King. However it seemed that I misjudged you, you're nothing but a whiny bitch! You've been serving your own father like a loyal dog unknowingly!"
Zeus didn't know how to answer to that, he knew whatever she said was right. It was partially his fault for not bothering looking for his father, that he ignored his hunch that was nagging him for quite sometime that there was something wrong with everything surrounding him, especially the way Emma treated him.
He couldn't believe his own eyes and ears when Emma personally came to him saying that she'll train him to take over their gang. He found it odd at that time, but decided to discard it thinking it was because she heard of his reputation of ruthlessness among his fellow gang members.
He also knew that if it wasn't for Emma's hint few days ago that the 'special' treatment he was receiving from her was because of his dad, he wouldn't have started searching for his father. Only he didn't know his search would lead him to Papa himself. The cruel and ruthless old man he's been serving for over a decade now.
However, he did blame Emma for not telling him earlier. If only she told him frankly he would have spared himself the embarrassment he's in now. The embarrassment of working under the one man he loathed the most, and of acting like one of his most loyal dogs.
There's still one more thing he was curious about, why was Emma so close to Papa, and why does he call her 'daughter'? He never does that to anyone but her.
"If you're done playing the pathetic victim, then get lost." Emma said standing up, preparing to leave.
"You still should have told me." He mumbled, barely audible.
"You know what! Now that you're here why don't you take care of those who threatened your dad's safety?" She asked rhetorically. "That's right you take care of it, maybe that way you'll learn to act like the King you are instead of an eunuch." She said before walking out along with Müller and Jürgen.
"Oh, one more thing." She said stopping, and turned around looking at him. "Learn to see things from different perspectives." She advised before resuming her walk.
~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
"Young miss, there's something Zeus told me to report to you." Müller said, an hour later after she came back from Papa's room. She checks up on him every half an hour.
"Go on." She urged.
"There's something off about Mr. Knights' situation." He informed.
Emma straightened herself before looking at him in the eye. "Something off?"
"Zeus said that he tried tracking those who sabotaged your wedding, but came up empty handed." He explained.
"What's off about that? Isn't it natural for them to go under the radar after realising whom they messed with?"
"It is, only this time they didn't go under the radar. They were all brutally murdered."
"Who informed you?"
"It was in the news right after Zeus got here." He said.
"Where were the bodies discovered?" She asked urgently, in the mafia you can basically know whom the killer is just by knowing where the bodies were found. Each family has their own place, but of course it was a fact only known to those from the underworld.
"They were discovered in different public places."
"Public? That certainly isn't us, it's way too amateur for anybody from the underworld." Emma pondered on whose doing is this.
"Or way too brutal, they want everybody to know whom they've messed with and what the price is. It's quite similar to your way of doing things." Said Müller.
"A new comer following my techniques and protecting Adam." She mumbled, still confused as to whom this new comer is.

"Whomever they are, they are dangerous and may not be what they seem. They might have an ulterior motive behind their massacre." Müller suggested.
Emma knew he may be right. However one thing for sure is no matter how good this new comer is in what he does, he'll have one hell of a surprise in store for him if he tries to target her beloved ones.
Especially Adam.
