Chapter 34 - Projecting Feelings

He ran out of the house looking for her to find out she was no longer available.

This was impossible, he thought to himself. How was she the key to opening the box? Even his strength could not open it.

With a sigh, he decided that looking for her was going to be his best option.

Janet, who had been hiding in the bushes after running out of the house, sneaked through the sides of the road until she could see her car parked by the cliff.

Taking in deep breaths, she decided to make a run for it, getting into the car with a breath of relief that she had been saved.

She was done seeing him. He was no longer her problem. She was going home to rest and take a nap because having to run around and deal with the man was exhausting.

Whatever the box was in his hands that had flowed and made that random weird noise had scared her faster than his rage.

She wanted nothing to do with it and she was glad to be out of there.
