"Weren't you going to kill me with that knife?" Olive teased as he held her chin, and the next thing she did surprised him, she swung both her hands with a meaningful amount of force and thrust the knife in his shoulder.
It took a while before the gravity of what had happened settled on him, he never thought Khalilah would be the sort of person to inflict a wound on him. Just as he thought, she was equally surprised herself, she stared at the wound with wide eyes, and when she attempted to pull out the knife Olive grabbed her hands still.
"Is that your lame attempt of trying to kill me?" He scoffed, enjoying just how dark her eyes turned from fright. "Even you wouldn't die from such a shallow stab wound."
She tried to struggle the knife with him but it was futile.
