The flight was about 12hours long from South Africa to Australia,Ceara slept a little cause the flight was a long one,Ceara got there around 6am the next day. "Who knew Australia was nine hours ahead of South Africa". Ceara said to herself while getting her luggage off the plane. Finally getting out of the airport looking at the totally different road,Ceara couldn't help but say to herself,"This ain't gonna be easy but I hope I would find my way around things and I know God is with me". Ceara might not be much of a believer in God as a Christain but she had some faith in God," Hopefully he doesn't fail me". Those were her last sentence before hailing a taxi. Entering the taxi she gave the taxi man the address in which she was heading to." We're here ma'am". The taxi man called her out of her thoughts," ohhhhh,thank you sir,that would be how much". The taxi man noticed her uneasiness and told her," I can tell you're not from here judging from the way you speak,you just got here, isn't it?"
"Yes sir I'm gonna be schooling at The University of Melbourne ".
" A law aspirant,Wow that's nice ".
"Yes sir ". As Ceara answered with so much excitement,the taxi man who had been staring at her through the rare view mirror couldn't help but laugh out loud.
"Keep this same spirit and I promise you, you'll be the best lawyer in the world".
"Thank you sir ".
" We're here you can get off now, taxi's are not allowed in campus,so I can't take you in".
"Ohhh,but.... I don't know where to go,sir".
"Just ask round you'll figure it out, I know you will,I have to go now". Ceara was contemplating what to do and didn't realise what the man had said until she heard him raise his voice a bit at her and said," HEYY!!, It's gonna be okay and don't stress too much now go cause I have to work also".
"Ohhh, sorry sir, I... I'm tmm..truly... Sorry sir". Getting off the taxi looking at the empty school ahead,Ceara couldn't help but think about how different this place looks from the Universities she had seen and heard of at home. Ceara headed towards the main entrance of the school,the security guards led her in and showed her the way to the registrar office where she met Mrs. Adam the registrar. She was a middle aged woman almost in her fourties with deep brown hair, almond Gray eyes and her big lips complimented her face so well. She was a really friendly lady and gave Ceara her dorm room number which was 211. Ceara thanked her and left with her luggage, looking at the beautiful girl exiting from her presence she couldn't help but stare at her and said," Such a beauty". Ceara was quite beautiful with her black hair and dark skin with those big baby black eyes with her slightly pointed nose and those beautiful thick lips. As she was walking down the hallway she couldn't help but notice people staring right at her,she got quite nervous. After getting on the tenth floor she found her dorm room,she got all excited and knock on the door vigorously.
