Chapter 7 - Sharing good feelings

"Have you never felt fear? It's a tremendous responsibility," Jin Young inquired earnestly.

Smiling, Ah Reum nodded no. "Never! I've never thought of it like that. As long as I do my job impeccably, everything will be fine.

And if suddenly, a force that I can't control generates something that would make me afraid, that's still my profession. So I'd keep doing my best, right to the end! For myself and for other people."

"Wow... you're so cool!" He exclaimed proud of her.

He continues: "Knowing that I'll have someone like you on my flight, I'll soar smoothly from now on. I believe in you!" Jin Yong spoke from the heart, hoping they could both realize their dreams.

As the night deepened, their conversation continued, oblivious to the passing hours.

"But what about you? Have you always wanted to be an actor?" Ah Reum asked, letting his curiosity show.

"Always!" Jin Young replied with unwavering enthusiasm, nodding his head and giving a satisfied smile.

"The power of a convincing performance is truly amazing. It can make you cry, laugh, rejoice, scream, feel angry and dive deep into your emotions.

Even if not every role generates positive emotions, that's the essence of acting, portraying life as it is, and that's what makes acting so captivating!

Acting gives us the ability to tell stories that otherwise wouldn't be told in real life, and it also allows us to transcend the limits of imagination with magical fantasies that are also full of genuine emotions."

As he shared his dream, Jin Young's eyes shone with passion and he continued his speech with remarkable clarity and encouragement. "It's a privilege for me to be able to generate such emotions!"

"You're a fantasy fan, aren't you? I love fantasy stories, especially when they're filled with humor, lol," Ah Reum began to speak with infectious enthusiasm.

"But when it comes to acting, how do you manage to make it seem so incredibly real? It's really, really amazing!

Speaking for myself, I get so emotionally attached to the stories that my reactions can make you laugh, hihi."

Ah Reum is one of those people who can't help but shed tears when watching dramas; she really immerses herself in the emotions!

She continues: "Being able to convey such a wide range of emotions can't be easy, but it's definitely rewarding to know how much you touch people.

You know, you're even more incredible... Should I consider becoming your number one fan?" She asked with a quick, playful smile.

Jin Young smiles shyly. "Hmmm, you should lol! I have something in common with my number one fan!"

Ah Reum's eyes widened with excitement and she jumped up. "Really?"

"Really! I also started dreaming when I was just a child. I loved cartoons and, once I knew all the lines, I couldn't resist acting them out at home.

My parents thought it was just a play phase, but I longed to be on the television screen.

I became every one of those characters... and that's when I decided that acting was what I really loved!" Jin Young spoke with unbridled enthusiasm.

"I think... we have a lot in common," replied Ah Reum with a shy smile.

"So, as the number one fan of the incredible actor Hwang Jin Young, I'd like to ask you something important." She turned to him, her gaze firm, and said.

"Never forget who you really are! No matter how successful you become, and no doubt you will be, always hold on to the person you are!"

Jin Young's interest was piqued. "Who am I?" he asked, genuinely curious about what he meant to her.

"You? Hihi Well, you're a good guy! Deeply passionate about the positive impact your work has.

You're someone who cheers people up and adds value to their lives. Your eyes... are the purest I've ever seen, sometimes they speak more than your mouth lol.

You're someone I... would like to have around!" Her answer flowed from the depths of her heart, her eyes smiling into his.

A silence enveloped them. Ah Reum's sentence echoed in Jin Young's mind, he was ecstatic for a second.

Now, her eyes sparkle once again, but it's for him! A big smile appears spontaneously on his face.

Ah Reum comes to her senses, embarrassed. "Oh, one more point about me... sometimes I get sentimental, don't be too surprised, lol."

She tried to change the mood and started talking animatedly. "How about doing something fun?

Something we used to do when we were kids? Let's go!" With a mischievous expression, she pulled him close to her.

Ah Reum took him to the street with the grandest houses in the neighborhood.

"What are we going to do here?" asked Jin Young.

Ah Reum raised his eyebrows playfully, let out a mischievous laugh, rang the doorbell and ran off. "Aren't you coming? They might catch you, lol!" She stuck her tongue out at him and ran off.

"So that means she's a bit crazy too, LMAO," thought Jin Young, trying to catch up with her.

Just like children, they ran and played without worrying about anything. Nothing could stop their boundless joy.

Sharing a dream and a life with another person was not a simple task, but something truly fantastic.

Feeling free to do this, to talk about who you are, is still reminiscent of the innocence of a child.

Their love was pure, a longing for something, combined with patience. They waited for what was theirs, knowing that it would come soon.

Whether it was a childhood dream or the deep love that welled up in their hearts, it had already arrived... it was here!

They paused, both out of breath, and then burst into laughter, unable to contain themselves. "LMAO," they laughed.

"Uh, uh," Jin Young gasped, "I promise I'll NEVER forget... uh!" He smiled, finally catching his breath.

They exchanged smoldering glances and sealed their promise with a pinky swear.

Jin Young jokingly imitated Ah Reum's mischievous expression, rang another bell and ran out.

"Wait for me, lol!" she shouted.

Exhausted, they arrived at Ah Reum's house. "Uh, you're fast!" observed Jin Young.

"A little hihi. Oh, you're all sweaty..." She impulsively wiped the sweat from his face.

Jin Young, standing so close to her, noticed every detail of her face until their eyes met.

"Ah, sorry..." Ah Reum stammered.

"You're so beautiful! And even more so when you make that face, hihi," said Jin Young with a romantic, thoughtful look and a gentle smile.

Ah Reum became so shy that she couldn't maintain eye contact, and her pale cheeks now resembled two pink petals.

"It's getting late... I'll let you rest! Ah, 'TFW' has been playing since I arrived, is it at your house?"

"Yes..." That's all Ah Reum managed to answer, still avoiding eye contact.

He gave an affectionate chuckle. "You're still making that expression, lol.

How cute! I'll let you rest. Have a good night!"

Seeing him off, she says softly: "Bye bye, my love! Good night!"
