After searching for a while, Senju and the others finally found a building that glowed brightly at night.
Even though it was daytime, its unique shape made it stand out.
From afar, it looked like a big square box held up by pillars.
The only way to get in was a long bridge, but it was hard to tell how deep it went or how it connected to the building.
Chito carefully drove the car across the bridge and came to the entrance of the building, but the huge stone door that was supposed to be there had turned into pieces and lay aside.
After arriving at the door, the three looked inside. It was dark.
Chito hesitated, "The brightest building should be here."
"The shape is so special, it should be here. Do you want to go in and take a look now?" Senju looked at it.
They walked around for a while and found that it was already evening.
"Well, since we're here, let's go in and take a look," Chito said, and began to organize the things she needed and put them in her backpack.
After arranging her backpack, she retrieved a long-unused fuel lamp and readied it for illumination.
Noticing their sizable bags, Senju felt a twinge of embarrassment and offered to assist with the load.
However, they assured him that the bags were light, carrying only food and water, and that he need not worry.
After finishing tidying up, the three of them went inside to explore.
It was clear that there was still sunshine outside, but it became dark as soon as they took a few steps inside.
"It may appear bright at night," Chito remarked, with Yuuri nodding in agreement, "but it's surprisingly dark inside."
Chito turned on the lamp in her hand, but it still only illuminated a small area nearby.
The surrounding area was still dim, but she could still see a long passage under her feet, with two rows of tall stone statues standing in the dark abyss on both sides.
"It's so big. What kind of facility is this?" Yuuri looked at the stone statues on the roadside in a daze, and Senju looked at these strange stone statues in surprise.
'Could this be a stone statue museum? The people of the past have really strange hobbies.' Senju thought.
As they continued walking, the ground gradually transformed into ascending steps. Yuuri glanced around, remarking, "Look at all these towering stone statues."
"Could this be some kind of temple?" Chito speculated. Senju considered her suggestion, acknowledging that while plausible, he couldn't be certain, having only encountered real temples before and being unsure if this was one.
"Temple?" Yuuri clearly didn't grasp the concept. Chito, who was ahead, responded, drawing from her book knowledge, "It's a place where gods are worshipped. Those stone statues might represent Gods."
"God? What is God?" Yuuri found that she had heard another new term.
Senju didn't care about it.
Even if there were gods, they would not bless people now.
"The idea of a 'God' is somewhat ambiguous," Chito admitted, grappling with the elusive concept of divinity that once inspired prayers.
While Senju could think of a few interpretations, he understood they wouldn't hold much significance for the others present, so he chose to remain silent, following the group.
Their ascent soon concluded at a broad, level space with a solitary stone monument at its center.
After the three people walked over, they saw many patterns and words on it, but Senju didn't recognize these words at all.
After Chito got closer with the lamp, she observed it carefully.
"Well, there seems to be something written here. It was built 400 years ago and is dedicated to three gods..."
"Oh, it is indeed a place like a temple," Yuuri was a little disappointed with the result, not surprised at all.
Chito continued to look at it, "Pure Land, this temple seems to be built to recreate that world."
"Bliss..." Yuuri recalled this word, which was used when taking a bath. Senju was also somewhat interested in the content above, so he leaned next to Chiti and listened to her read out the content.
"There are some things written here about God. God is the being who illuminates the world after death. Hmm, why do I feel that I can't see clearly?"
Just when Yuuri on the side wanted to take a look, the light in Chito's hand went out and the surrounding became dark.
Chito's voice came from the darkness. She seemed to be in a daze, "Ah, did I forget to fill up the fuel?"
"Ah, Chii-chan?" Yuuri's voice also came from the side, "Chii-chan, where are you?"
"Yuu, I'm over here."
"Which way?"
"Everyone, don't move." Senju said as he looked for a torch in his inventory.
As he searched, he felt a sudden impact from behind, the clinking sound of their armor colliding, and then found someone slipping into his embrace. "Yuuri? Chii-chan? Where are you guys?" he called out.
Moments later, he felt a hand reaching out from behind, and Yuuri's voice broke through, "That firmness, it must be you, Senju."
With Chito held firmly in his grasp, Senju secured the torch to the side, illuminating the scene. Three figures intertwined in the dim light—Yuuri's touch from behind, and Chito's presence in front, their closeness hinting at an unspoken bond amidst the uncertainty...
In the midst of their silent bewilderment, a radiant beam suddenly pierced through the darkness from the side, casting an ethereal glow that enveloped them all.
A green lotus leaf also appeared next to it, with some pink lotus flowers in the middle.
The entire pool was emitting light, making people feel peaceful.
Everyone stared blankly at the scenery to one side.
Under the strong light were three huge stone statues.
There were many rings floating around the huge stone statues, and underneath the stone statues was a pond full of lotus leaves and lotus flowers...
""The existence that lights up the world..."" The two recalled Chito's words just now.
"Are you both okay?" Senju asked, putting the torch back inside his inventory when the dazzling light appeared. Both of them reacted, scanning their surroundings with flushed faces.
The three walked to the lotus pond. Chito had some questions about the plants inside, "What kind of plants are these?"
"These are lotus leaves, and those are lotus flowers," Senju thought for a moment before guessing.
"There should be lotus roots underneath, probably symbolizing the three gods."
"Even the floor is glowing." Then Yuuri also noticed the abnormality on the ground and ran into the pool, but she didn't fall into the water, but stood on the water.
"It's probably a reflection," Chito walked carefully into the pool and found that it was not water. She touched the lotus leaves and asked, "Is this a model of a plant?"
Senju also touched the lotus leaves nearby, and there was a cold and smooth feeling on them.
After Senju touched the lotus, he said with some doubts, "Is it made of metal?"
"Everyone, look, look, look," Yuuri pointed to an open space at her feet. The two of them looked at it in confusion,
"What is it?"

Well, I caught up on a chapter where Senju used an enchanted bow on a robot. The robot exploded and dropped iron and a rose.
So basically, what Senju destroyed was equivalent to an Iron Golem.
