In our neighboring village, there was a man who became wealthy through construction work and later formed connections with several government officials. He was living a prosperous life, but one day, a shocking discovery was made in our village's manure pile – a human head! After an investigation, it was revealed to be the head of the contractor's mistress.
His wife initially had murder suspicions surrounding her, but there was insufficient evidence to implicate her. He was also cleared of any wrongdoing, but nobody wanted to be associated with him legally. As a result, his business began to decline steadily.
He turned to alcohol, visiting the grave of his mistress every day to weep. One day, in a hazy state, he saw her. He decided to follow her.
As they reached the edge of the "Turn-Back Cliff," she said, "Jump, jump."
Suddenly, he sobered up and exclaimed, "You're a ghost! You're a ghost! If you have any grievances, tell me."
The woman smiled sadly and then vanished.
Subsequently, the contractor stopped drinking, took up greenhouse farming, and slowly got his life back on track.
