"Amara," Safiya held her hand firmly. Amara had not stopped crying since last night when it had happened, and Safiya didn't know how else to help her get through this grief.
"Come, Amara, come rest," Safiya helped her and took her away from the funeral ground to their house. The princess needed nothing but rest right now.
After she had laid the princess to bed, Safiya stood up and walked towards her window, looking out at the courtyard that used to be where children played, now empty.
