Driving through the peaceful city, he arrived at his house and parked. Getting out, he walked to his room, took off his clothes, and entered his bathroom.
Turning on the shower, he entered the bathtub, trying to relax his muscles and nerves. Feeling confused, he stayed in the bathtub, lost in his thoughts.
The morning sun rose over New York City, brightening the city. Sun rays entered Selena's room through the window, waking her up. Getting out of bed, she stretched before Kayla also woke up.
"Good morning, Kayla," she greeted, and Kayla responded with a smile, followed by a yawn.
They both showered and changed into their work clothes, getting ready for the day.
