Edna looked at the creature's reflection before heading to the fridge as if she did not hear what she just said. She took out an energy drink and gulped half of it in one go. Then she pressed her bracelet and checked her target's coordinates while gulping the rest.
"He's far, he's never been to that place before," she said slowly as she threw the bottle in a trash bin.
When she opened the door, the fairy-like creature who was ogling in the window, snapped her hands.
Bam
The door closed so Edna turned around. "I need to go somewhere. I did not welcome you here, so don't disturb my job and leave."
The fairy-like creature flew to her. "We're stuck together now. I can't leave you even if I want to, so let's just bear with each other, kay?" she said as she held the sides of her chin with two hands.
"Then let's mind our own business," Edna said. Her voice was icy.
