"You do not seem as apologetic as before," Sonia said as she scanned his figure.
When he started lowering himself, her eyes widened and she grabbed the sides of his arms.
"Don't kneel here. Alright, I forgive you. I forgive you."
"Really?" Zach's shadow said.
"Yes, so stand properly now."
A smile crept up his face.
"Thank you, Sonia, you're so kind."
"Then don't do that again alright," she said as she let go of his arms.
"I'll try?" he said, so she pinched his cheek hard.
"Say you will do it."
"I'll try," he said before turning to his right, wondering who owned those footsteps. However, when the wind carried their faint scent towards him, he figured out who they were in a matter of seconds.
"You're brother and his wife are here," he said so Sonia turned towards the entrance of the restaurant and stared.
