Chris was having a dilemma right now.
It was good news for him that a new monster appeared since it was another walking bag of loot and exp.
The real problem is his only fighting unit is Terra, though it was not a problem for Terra to defeat both this monster but once Terra defeated one of these two monster groups, the chance of one side running away is greater.

He was seriously thinking of a solution on how to handle the situation but Kratus's voice interrupted him.

Chris was not able to react and Just saw Kratus start to move forward in the bear's direction while cracking his hand and neck.
Chris called him and tried to stop his actions.
" Kratus are you sure? that bear is one stage above you, your specialty is healing."
He asked worriedly. Sending Kratus to fight and letting him die is a great loss for him. With his capabilities, his worth is a thousand times greater than the grappling bear loots.
" Don't worry my Lord, as long as it was not one tier above me it won't be a threat for me."
Chris was relieved by Kratu's reply and didn't pursue to stop him.
Instead, Chris called out for Terra to attack the pack of wolves on the other end.
Well, there are only 9 wolves on the other side with two elite Ferocious wolves. Chris knows that Terra can easily manage to suppress this group.
Terra also started to move out, it was happily charging while thinking of the Divine potato that Mia would serve later.

Comparing these two. The grappling bear is around 10 feet and may weigh around 2000 pounds. When they are close by, Kratus may look thin but the muscles in his arm are bulging with veins popping around it.
"Roar"
The grappling bear let out a roar which made the small birds in nearby trees fly out. It was used to roaring to intimidate the weak opponents.
In its eyes, Kratus was just another bug to slaughter.
Kratus who was still standing in front of the bear suddenly charged using his staff to pierce through the bear's body.
At that moment, the grappling bear was shocked by the sudden attack of Kratus. It was unexpected for the grappling bear that his roar didn't affect Kratus.
Luckily, the grappling was able to react on time making its body move to the side and avoid Kratus's staff.
Still, it was not enough to completely avoid Kratus staff. Kratus manages to hit the bear's arm making it bleed from piercing by his staff.
"Roar"
The grappling bear let out another roar again but this time it was a roar of pain from its arm injury.
I never expected that this little hairless creature was not just a simple bug but a bug that could sting him.
Kratus still wore a serious expression on their face and started to pull out his staff on the bear's arm.
While he was starting to pull out the staff he noticed that a shadow from behind was coming closer to his head.
It was the grappling bear another paw that was intending to smash Kratus.
Chris who was watching inside the barrier felt a moment of panic and unknowingly shouted.
" Kratus, on your back, dodge!! "
Luckily, Kratus was able to move on time and the bear paw was only able to scratch his shoulder.
His shoulder started to bleed.
Even Mia who is also watching inside the barrier frowns and looks at Terra's direction, expecting that Terra can give Kratus a hand at the moment.
But Terra was still left with one wolf to take down.
Mia's sweat started to come out on her forehead, but she was stunned when he heard Kratus laugh.

Kratus distances himself from the bear while touching his injured shoulder.
The bear didn't give another follow-up attack and started to lick its wound instead.

Also, having a healer like Kratus is essential, it can preserve the lives of his subordinates during fights in the future.
On the other side, Terra was already lying just behind Chris with a bored look in its eyes. Nobody noticed her since his master and Mia's attention was focused on Kratus.
