Elfheim's peace negotiation terms were broadly tenfold.
1. Charlemagne recognized Elfheim as a sovereign independent nation;
2. Both parties were to demarcate territories based on the actual control line, with Argentoratum and Lorraine Tower to be completely ceded to Elfheim;
3. Charlemagne, under the agreement reached between the two nations, was to withdraw from Elfheim territory after disarmament;
4. Elfheim would not annex Charlemagne;
5. Elfheim renounced its claims to national reparations from Charlemagne, but retained and supported domestic individuals and businesses' civil compensation claims against Charlemagne;
