Liams eyelids twitched still heavy because of the last remnants of sleep. Light fell on his eyes from his rooms window.
Suddenly he heard a voice.
[ Good morning Liam ]
" Good morning mom " Liam said without even opening his eyes.
" Im getting up. Just give me a few minutes"
[ I'm not your mother Liam ]
" So your just a woman that sounds exactly like my mother. Good joke. But, seriously just give me a few minutes and I'll be downstairs. "
[ It seems like you forgot ]
" Forgot what? " Liam asked puzzled. While slowly opening his eyes.
[ About the fact that todays your 16th birtday ]
" What are you talking abouuuu wait." Without even finishing his words Liam looked at the calender.
On it the the date 15th january was marked.
" Wait so that means you're –"
Before he could even finish his words the system interfaces robotic voice was heard.
[ Yes. You're assumption is correct. Im your system interface. ]
" But then why do you sound like my mother? "
[ The voice a system interface has is completely random ]
" I guess that makes sense. "
[ So do you have any questions? ]
"Not really. I already know how a system interface works. "
[ Alright then lets begin with the menu ]
" Okay " After saying that Liam closed his eyes. A mix of excitement and fear inside him. When he says the comnand is the menu really going to appear in front of him?

Is he going to wake up and realize its just a dream?
