Farrah hung in a cell wrapped in chains anchored to the ceiling. Her head was dropped and eyes staring at the floor with a static look. Standing in the room was the king staring at her with his gold mask. "You went and got a new element I see? What were you preparing for?" The king asked. Farrah said nothing hanging there. Her mind is preoccupied with the image of the dead eyed face of her sister staring back at her. She didn't see the stone walls around her. The metal wrapped around her and the man who orchestrated her death stood feet from her. Everything just seemed to be unimportant to her.
Her mind was mostly broken and exhausted from the ordeal she endured. Her face was bruised and her body beaten. Her wounds in her shoulder were throbbing in pain. But she welcomed it, giving her indication she was still alive. "Was what your brother said true? Were you Sun Demon all along?" He didn't expect an answer. And she didn't give one. He shook his head when a automaton soldier approached him. "Sire the army had infiltrated the city" it said with a metallic voice. The king looked back up at Farrah giving her one final glance. Then he left with the automaton. The iron doors shut, shaking the room. She was now in darkness. And standing in vivid detail was her ghostly sister.
She was all wrong though. Her hair looked to be covered in a tar like substance that made it hang off her head wrong. Black eyes with the same substance running down her face. Her lips were black and her teeth jagged. She wore a torn dress and grinned. "You failed to protect the only person you have ever loved, Farrah. What will you do now? Death would be too good a prize for failure?" The apparition spoke with delight and giggled as if taunted Farrah.
"You are nothing but the manifestation of the rage I hold at bay. Using my sister's form is low even for you" she said back at the apparition. "And yet you are me and I am you. Did you ever think that your fractured mind weakened the hold on this rage is your way to punish yourself? Did I choose this form? Or did we?" The apparition laughed. "Be gone. I'm in no mood to even convene with myself. I don't care about the world anymore. The king will destroy this realm and all in it. My fight is done. My purpose is gone. Death would be too good of a prize for me. All I ever wanted was to keep fighting and struggle forward to her future not my own" she felt no fire to fight anymore. She was defeated by losing her purpose and now she felt hollow.
Samantha was her purpose in life and to see her be Queen of this realm. Give the people a good ruler over the maniacal one. Farrah could never be Queen. She would stain her hands in blood to see her sister crowned. The people don't need a ruler who drenched themselves in violence. They needed a ruler who was wise and pure. Samantha was that light for Farrah and hoped to blanket her light over the people of the Tech Realm.
Sun Demon was a means to an end for her. Now that she failed then what was the purpose in going anymore she hung there with a blank expression. She then started to tear up thinking of her sister's smiling face from a young age. A memory of a time she and Farrah were in the forest sprang to the forefront of her mind. Samantha slipped and fell into a stream when she was to close to the edge of the stream. Farrah at ten years old jumped in to help her. She expected Samantha to cry, but she only laughed at her clumsiness. Which caused Farrah to smile back, "Sometimes you fall right Farrah?" she said back up at her big sister. Farrah nodded at the little girl who grinned big at her. "It's important when you fall you get back up" she told her as she helped her out of the stream. This memory then melted her heart and she then sobbed. She was never one to cry even as a child, but now she shed tears. She could only cry hanging in this darkness.

The Topaz King entered into a spherical hollowed dome. Inside was nothing but darkness and floating metal cubes. The cubes floated to him and a three dimensional rendering of the entire city of Golden Eye was created. More cubes floated to him and then morphed into gauntlets that then latched onto his arms and hands. Then to his feet and legs. Wires came from the darkness and latched onto them. The digital rendering then showed statues of the king turning green. He then snapped his fingers and the interface created a message, "ALL GIGANTE WARRIORS ONLINE" it said. The king then waved a hand and the gate to the entrance of the city closed. All gates around the city then slammed shut.
People were crushed by the sudden closing along with soldiers standing guard. People then started to panic as the statues of the king began to have glowing red eyes. The giants then started to move on their own, wielding the giant swords in their hands. The army of the Sword King was moving through the streets cutting down any they came across. They were then set upon by a giant made of gold. It brought down its giant sword creating a scar across the city streets. Some knights moved quicker than others and managed to get out of the way. But were quickly crushed by a foot or picked up by a giant. They then threw them against walls turning them into pudding.
Draven could see this from the hill he stood upon. "Tricky bastard!" He said with disdain. 'Those giant machinations will not be easy to deal with' he thought. "Do we have any explosives?" Draven asked his second. "Yes, commander rocket launchers in fact. I don't know if we'll have enough though?" Draven nodded. "It'll buy time till we find the power source. Those things can't leave the city otherwise he would have used them to stop us already. So they must have a power source?" He turned to his second.
"Send a team to sneak in over the walls. We will distract the giants from this position. Bring up the rockets and launchers" Draven commanded. The second dismounted and picked out men to rush the gate. Knights then brought up cases. "Find a good position and bring the attention of those giants to us. Get communication inside see if any of our men are alive" men rushed about and got into positions. Knights pulled out big guns and missiles working together to load the weapons. One knight was using a communication stone with a magic circle. "Does anyone read?" A voice said from the stone. "What is your position?" The communication knight asked. "We are pinned in an apartment building. We killed some occupants and are hunkering down. Giants are scanning the roads for us" Draven nodded listening to this. "Take aim and fire at will. Tell them to start moving and get the gate open once the giants are hit" Draven commanded.
The launch team then opened fire, sending missiles towards the giants over the wall. The missiles exploded and the giants roared. They staggered off balance and regained balance only to be hit again from another missile attack. They were only able to hit two giants closest to the gate.
The surviving knights then rushed out the building heading to the gate. They kicked open the door of the operating center to the gate. They killed all the guards inside and began getting to work. They found the lever and pulled it down and nothing happened. "What the hell" he tried again and nothing happened. A voice then echoed from the console, "You will leave when I tell you too!" The Topaz King said. "See, I control this entire city. Initiate security measures alpha" guns came down from the ceiling. The knight at the console froze looking up at the guns. And then he and his team were fired upon killing the survivors.
Knights approached the gate on the outside. They brought up a battering ram and started to bang on it. "How much longer on the gate?" One asked into the communication stone. They had no reply. A fist then came over the wall the gold hand opened up as a circle appeared in the middle. From their fire shot out engulfing the knights in flames. The knights screamed and flail about as they burned. Some were fortunate enough to use shields and were slowly back away from the gate. "Have the men retreat" Draven looked annoyed at this new development. "Retreat back to camp we will devise another plan" Draven pulled his horse around and led his troops back into the forest.
