Kenny Lin's eyes turned bloodshot. He should have foreseen this. He wanted to stop Amalia, but he feared that interrupting her midway would be even more dangerous.

The Phoenix True Flame was overwhelmingly powerful, forcing Amalia to devote all her focus to containing it. She hadn't even noticed Kenny Lin entering the vault.
As she was pushed to her limits, a trace of Chaos Energy within her began to suppress the Phoenix True Flame.
For a moment, the two forces were evenly matched, but Amalia was in agony, caught between them and feeling as though death would be a relief.
Kenny Lin paced back and forth anxiously in front of her. He had to think of a way to ease Amalia's suffering.
The only extraordinary thing he possessed was the Yin-Yang Pearl. Perhaps he could use it to help.
With that thought, Kenny Lin immediately summoned the Yin-Yang Pearl.
The pearl had remained dormant inside him since it was first absorbed.
