"Now you're siding with outsiders to bully me?" Kenny Lin feigned a hurt tone.
"Everyone's watching—enough with the act," Amalia transmitted her voice to him.
Kenny Lin shot a glance at the group. "If not for Amalia's sake..."
He chuckled coldly, making it clear he had no interest in their survival otherwise.
"Yes, yes, it's all thanks to martial aunt's favor," Renshu Chang quickly chimed in, adept at pandering to Kenny Lin's moods and interests.

Everyone froze. Did he really know that much?
