"I figured it would be you all," Jirandal Tang said as he entered with the remaining disciples.
Dayeon Xinyue glanced behind him and spotted the disciples of the Divine Maiden Sect.
"Kailash Ren, how did you end up coming here with them?"
"We saw the markers left by Senior Sister and ran into them on the way," Kailash Ren replied, clearly relieved to see her senior sister safe and sound. She had been worried about their safety throughout the journey, and seeing them unharmed allowed her to relax.
"Renshu Chang and Jinhwa Hou didn't come with you?" Taeseon Lei asked as he walked over.
Jirandal Tang shook his head regretfully. "No, we haven't run into them yet. We even got separated from Junior Brother Hsu and the others. I can only hope they're safe. I left markers behind for them to follow."
"If I'm around, they're definitely fine!" Jinhwa Hou's boisterous laughter rang out from behind them.
