Six hundred flywheels west of Sin City, a modern two-story villa sits halfway up a mountain.
On the balcony of the second floor, Vince was half lying on a recliner, and in front of him, a purple ball of light emerged. This ball of light, like a holographic projection, in the ball of light, a lifelike city appeared.
Vince flipped and clicked his finger on the light sphere, and the image of the sphere then enlarged, and a detailed localized map of the city appeared, with accompanying architectural drawings.
This ball of light, was created by combining alchemy, magic tattooing, and knowledge of architecture. Where the knowledge of architecture was, of course, from the Sin City's team of master builders!
"Steward Kessos, has the Sin City crew arrived yet?" Vince asked as he put away the light orb and handed it to Kessos.
Kessus was dressed in black robes, his right hand carrying a one-meter long staff, the top of which flashed a few electric sparks from time to time, and the aura on his body was a few points stronger than when he had only just recovered.
"Young Master Vince, the mage and warrior personnel of the Sin City have basically arrived, and there are still some ordinary people left who are on their way to migrate. I have arranged for a Grand Magician and a Great Warrior Master to lead some professional personnel to accompany them to ensure the safety of the ordinary people. In addition, the earth mages are already establishing the foundations of the city and the underground pipe network section." Kessus took a list and reported one by one.
"By the way, Young Master Vince, building the city's underground pipe network, we discovered the Dark Elf clan. After you subdued the Dark Demon Dragon, they returned to the underground city. However, they hastily withdrew when they saw us and did not clash."
"In addition, we captured a Gray Dwarf while we were remodeling the barren mountain." Kessus glanced at Vince, and seeing that he did not show any indication, he then said, "The transformation of the barren mountain that you commanded, young master Vince, is nearly complete after seven days, with only some final details remaining."
"Oh? So fast?" Vince sighed in his heart, magical power really surpassed technological power in some places.
For example, for this transformation of the barren mountain, he planned to build a highway from the bottom of the barren mountain, around the mountain. If it was like that in a technological society, it would definitely be a grand project.
However, the earth wizards in the magic power were able to accomplish the task of building a highway quickly.
Among the earth magic, there was magic that specialized in leveling the road surface and firming the road surface, and having developed for tens of thousands of years, the earth magician's skill in repairing roads was very high!
The full length of the two hundred flywheel mountain road took just one short week!
This mountain road was an important idea that Vince used to develop the city. The magic technology in the world of Clontia was very backward, almost considered a primitive stage.
Vince happens to find another special Jedi metal in these barren mountain ranges, and thus gets a marvelous idea to organize a mountain motorcycle race in the otherworld.
And, develop mountain motorcycle racing into an annual event, as it was in the technological societies of previous generations!
"Young Master Vince, since only roads need to be built and no other structures are needed, the magicians are building them very fast. However, Young Master Vince, forgive the old servant for asking, there is nothing on top of that barren mountain, no one will even go there, what is the point of building a road?" Kessus finally couldn't hold back the question in his heart and asked.
Vince looked toward the mountain peak that hid the Absolute Magic Metal and revealed a mysterious smile, "Steward Kessos, after a while, you'll know!"
"But," Kessos was about to ask again.
"Well, Steward Kessos!" Vince got up from his recliner and walked over to the parapet, where he lay on his back and looked out at the city being built not far away.
"Do you believe in miracles, Steward Kessos?" Vince asked offhandedly.
Kessus thought for a moment, "Master Vince, do you believe in miracles then?"
"Hahahahaha!" Vince laughed out loud.
Pointing to the city under construction, with a confident look on his face, he said, "Steward Kessos, I don't believe it!"
After a pause, a shocking intent suddenly surged out of him, "But I will create a miracle!"
"Steward Kessos, our city will be called - The City of Miracles!"
"City of Miracles City of Miracles," Kessus muttered twice, his mind constantly recalling everything since he met Vince. First, he had restored his own magic power, then he had forced a Mythic-level powerhouse to step back, and now he was building a city in the Wilderness Plains, wasn't all of this nothing short of a miracle?
Thinking about it, Kesos suddenly felt as if he was dozens of years younger, full of passionate energy, wanting to witness the rise of a city, wanting to write an epic with the City of Wonders, wanting to interpret a legend for all time with the City of Wonders!
"The City of Wonders!" Kessus exclaimed.
Vince looked at him with a smile and turned his head towards the City of Miracles. He knew that from now on, Kessus would be completely tied to the City of Miracles, tied to him, and would be his steward for the rest of his life.
"Steward Kessus, what does that gray dwarf do?" In the world of magic and martial arts, there was the race of dwarves, a race characterized by being short and stout, and very knowledgeable about forging.
With a smile of excitement and anticipation, Kessus replied, "Gray dwarves are a branch of the dwarf race, gray dwarves are not good at forging due to their physique being of the dark attribute, and over time, they broke away from the dwarf race and became an independent race. However, due to the fact that the gray dwarves are very good at mining, therefore, the relationship between the gray dwarves and the dwarves is still very cordial."
"Oh? Gray dwarves are very good at mining?" Vince's heart rejoiced, when it was really a doze that met a pillow, he was still thinking about how to dig out the Jedi Magic Metal, after all, that thing could effectively block magic and fighting qi, so he could only rely on manual labor, digging shovel by shovel.
"Well, the Gray Dwarves can mine, and the whole world of Clontia knows it."
"Bring up that gray dwarf you captured!"
After Kessos left, Vince muttered, "Interesting race! I hope it's also the race that knows what it's doing!"
The Absolute Magic Metal played a key role in his plan. If the Gray Dwarves could offer to help him mine it, he didn't mind paying some price.
If not, then we will have to start a race war!
It didn't take long for a small dwarf who was no more than a meter and two in height, with grayish-white skin and an appearance no different from that of a normal human to be brought in.
Vince glanced at the dwarf as he munched on the purple grapes he brought with him from the world of magic and martial arts.
"Young Master Vince, this is the Gray Dwarf that we caught. At that time, when we were remodeling the barren mountain, he attempted to cause havoc before we caught him!" The earth system Grand Magical Instructor, Raine Ursus, kicked the dwarf and knocked him to the ground.
Raine Earls is a middle-aged man who joined Vince's clique because he was sick of a career at the point of a sword, and because Miracle Mile hires paid well.
"Hmph!" The dwarf who was kicked to the ground grunted coldly and looked at Vince menacingly.
Vince looked at the dwarf with interest and swallowed a grape before saying, "So this is the Gray Dwarf?"
Rayne Ursus curtly said, "Yes, yes, this is the Gray Dwarf."
"Gray Dwarf, what is your name?" Vince said as he looked the gray dwarf in the eye.
The gray dwarf rolled his head, looking very uncooperative.
"Gray Dwarf, what is your name? I don't want to ask a third time, if you don't answer, I'll let Blackie eat you!" Vince teased.
The Dark Demon Dragon lying on the ground lifted its head, its head peeking out from the side of the second floor balcony, and a flash of ferocious light appeared in its pitch-black eyeballs.
The bound gray dwarf winced and broke off, "I I'm Ike."
