"Mia, you are welcome."
"Where am I?" Mia said, turning around, her expression reflecting confusion and disorientation.
"You mean you don't remember where you are?" the lady in red asked, holding her hands.
"No, I don't," Mia replied with a confused face.
"Well, my dear, this is my house, and this is not your first time being here. I believe something is wrong somewhere," the lady paced back. "Why don't you sit? Let me help you remember."
Mia quickly sat on the couch, unsure if she was alive or in a dream. "Am I dreaming?"
"Hmm, dreams, Mia, are not for someone like you. You can't dream; you only see things that are to come and things in the past," the lady said as she also took her seat. "Well, Mia, my name is Thana, and I suppose this rings a bell." Thana gestured with her hands for her pet to come in, and Mia, feeling a bit frightened, witnessed an arctic fox with ethereal qualities emerge from inside the home.
