Chapter 46 - Chapter 46 - The Train

"ho ..."

A heavy gasp came from below the pipe, and the crowd, already familiar with the sound, couldn't help but feel a tremor in their hearts!

A zombie, appearing on the side of the barbed wire fence below, its pale arm doing its best to squeeze through the gap in the fence, reaching desperately upwards!

There, there was something it longed for, and that was the only thing it wanted to do!

It's only one head!

The nervous crowd breathed a little sigh of relief, and the hot-tempered Rae even drew her pistol outright, wanting to put a bullet in that ugly skull.

"If you want to press a large group of is zombies to have a farewell party for us, go ahead and shoot."

kevin's calm voice came through, and Rae, considering the consequences, couldn't help but shiver, glaring hard at the zombie and picking up speed as she crawled up the pipe.

The journey had been a thrilling one, with no danger occurring except for a few sporadic encounters with zombies that had fallen off the grid!

As he finally entered another ventilation duct identical to it, kevin made a point of telling the crowd not to rush and to come one by one.

With no other threats present, everyone appeared calm and safely climbed into the ventilation ducts on the seventh floor!

As soon as they repeat the above process a little more, they will be able to pass through the utility tunnels in the back and reach the ventilation ducts on the sixth floor!

Victory seemed to be just around the corner, and the crowd became a little excited, having experienced so much that even the walkers underneath them were a little bit of a non-issue, the

Because they realized that even if the zombies sensed their presence, with that almost negative IQ, what could they do?

True to kevin's words, it's a farewell party for them!

While this is true, no one is intentionally trying to attract the attention of walkers for fun.

There were no words along the way, nor did any danger occur, as if the good fortune of all came together and kept all dangers away!

"That's the elevator up ahead."

Kalamp looked at the tactical computer and said to kevin behind him.

The crowd's spirits were lifted as they heard the words, and soon, they would be able to get out of this damn place!

"Hiss!"

Kalamp crawled on for some time longer, glanced down through the gap in the vent railing, and couldn't help but suck in a breath of cold air!

KEVIN was able to visibly notice the cold hairs on Karanp's back, all of them exploding!

"What's wrong?"

kevin's vision shook and blurred for a moment, but quickly recovered.

"BOSS... you... you sure there's no danger near the elevator?"

Callump asked back with a quiver in his voice.

"Well, I'm sure there's no danger."

kevin probably guessed what he saw, in order to prevent the smell of the zombie's blood from attracting other zombie hordes to swarm in, kevin ordered the hunter-killers to clear all of this corridor leading to the elevator, and guard the entrance to the corridor, and tear all the zombies that approached, to pieces!

"Okay!"

Kalamp wiped a cold sweat from his forehead and with some nervousness glanced toward the corridor once more, removing a layer of mesh from the vents and landing nimbly on the ground!

Callump drew his revolver quickly and held it in both hands, alertly sweeping both ends of the corridor to rule out danger!

"Safe to come down!"

Getting the signal from Kalamp, kevin, who already knew the outcome, braced his hands on the sides of the vent and slid down quickly, landing with a slight wobble in his form!

The others followed, their agility allowing each of them to drop into the corridor in almost less than a second!

If it wasn't for the time constraints, KEVIN could have completely let the Hunters, slaughter all the zombies inside the hive, all of them!

As soon as they landed, almost everyone, their stomachs rolled at the bloody scene in the hallway!

There was almost no difference from the scene observed in the elevator, the entire corridor was filled with the broken corpses of the zombies!

As if hacked to pieces by countless sharp machetes, bloody pieces of corpses were piled up all over the entire Arigatou!

Not far away, the elevator had opened its iron doors, and the messy piles of broken corpses unfolded a bloody scroll that seemed to pave the way to hell, sending shivers down one's spine!

"Go! There's not much time."

kevin resisted the urge to vomit, urging the blushing crowd that watching it on video and being there were two very different feelings altogether!

Even though these mercenaries had all crawled out from the piles of dead, they felt extremely uncomfortable in such a bloody and cruel environment!

An even worse Matt had begun to vomit, and had it not been for one of the mercenaries beside him holding him up in time, I fear he would have collapsed limply amongst the broken bodies by now!

"Go!"

With a toss of his head, Matthew took the lead and quickened his pace towards the elevator.

All of them had rushed out from the zombie pile, there was no reason to be afraid of these crumbs that couldn't pose the slightest in threat!

The others rushed to follow, no one had a better aptitude for blood than these mercenaries!

"Touch!"

A loud noise came from the other end of the corridor, causing kevin and his party, who were preparing to enter the elevator, to instantly stop in their tracks!

"Brush it off!"

Several muzzles were instantly and neatly drawn, all aimed in the direction of the source of the sound!

"Don't worry about it, we just need to get the hell out of here!"

KEVIN prodded a little impatiently, knowing that it was the strong smell of blood here that had attracted the walkers from the other floors, and that the hunters were doing all they could to intercept them!

"Get in here!"

Kalamp had entered the elevator and was waiting in front of the door, ready to push the button at a moment's notice.

Several people darted back into the elevator, their eyes not daring to relax in the slightest as they stared down the end of the corridor.

"Ding!"

The doors of the elevator began to close slowly as a crisp bell rang.

The mercenaries even wasted some time clearing the corpses out in order to prevent overloading and causing this only elevator to malfunction.

After pressing the button for the first floor, Kalamp's entire body relaxed and leaned helplessly against the side of the elevator, his body slowly sliding down, almost sitting down in the elevator!

The journey was safe, there were almost no zombies on the first floor, and the only two that were there were accurately shot in the head by Rae twenty meters apart!

"Activating power, good."

Kalamp muttered to himself as he fucked with the train, and gave a small, relaxed smile after realizing that nothing had happened to the train.

"Guys, the train is leaving, get on board as fast as you can!"

"When we get out of here, labor will be drunk for three days and three nights!"

"Better call some hot escort girls!"

"How about Men's Paradise?"

As the train slowly started and kept accelerating, the mercenaries, whose spirits had been tight, finally relaxed completely and started joking with each other about where to go to relax.

The only ones who were worried about something were Matthew and Elise with their brows furrowed.

Alise had removed the wedding ring from her hand without moving and threw it into the middle of the train tracks.

There was no reminder from Matt, but her memory was coming back, and she had surmised enough about the whole thing to know that kevin was right, and that Spence was indeed an asshole.

And Matt, too, was a little sullen; he had come to look for his sister, and now, though he had not found his sister, ...

Everything inside the hive is already very telling, and the existence of these zombies is the strongest ironclad evidence as well as an indictment of the Umbrella Corporation's inhumane biochemical experiments!

Only, would Umbrella Corporation allow them to divulge such a secret?

The reason for Matthew's three days of sadness was exactly that.

Not everyone thought it was safe, and kevin felt some relief that at least not everyone was so short-sighted.

A faint black aura flashed on the Abyssal Ring of kevin's right hand, and kevin only felt a weight on his right hand as a silver-colored metal box suddenly appeared!

Alys and a few others looked puzzled and put their eyes on kevin!

This mysterious man, the supreme commander of the operation, perhaps, knew the attitude of the Umbrella Corporation.

It was just the thought that kevin was a senior employee of the Umbrella Corporation, and Elise, who already had a distaste for the Umbrella Corporation, couldn't help but become a little strange when she looked at him.

Entering the code, the bright silver metal box slowly unfolded, revealing a virus with the usual double helix structure of an ordinary gene chain, as well as the antidote!
