"As the team from the Abyssal Monster Guild ventured deeper into the dungeon, an unexpected frenzy erupted around them. New reporters, accompanied by enthusiastic streamers, swarmed the area, capturing photos and live-streaming their every move.
"These guys are probably paid to do this work," he remarked, observing the swarm of media attention around the newcomers.Mr. Park commented .
Mr. Jung nodded in agreement, his expression reflecting the thought.
"Yes, no wonder they are so famous."
As the media frenzy continued, Mr. Jung leaned closer to Mr. Park, continuing their discussion.
"They probably are not as simple as they seem. Their leader, Kim Tae-Yeon, is said to be a rising rookie with remarkable C-rank talent. It's quite unusual for someone like that to be scouted and made the leader of this group."
The revelation about " Kim Tae-Yeon's" leadership position in the Abyssal Monster Guild added a new layer of intrigue to the situation.
As the team from the Abyssal Monster Guild ventured further into the dungeon, a hushed conversation ensued among its members.
"Kim Hyung, isn't this media attention a bit extravagant?"
"What are you saying? The guild is already spending so much money on us. This much is predictable." another guy said
Amidst the dungeon's eerie atmosphere, a few members of the team began to gossip about the guild's favorable actions, raising questions and sharing their opinions.
"You guys, shut up, will ya all?" Kim Tae-Yoon raised his voice, commanding,
"The guild is already giving us such an extravagant surprise. We must not let them down. If we perform well, we'll probably get promoted again by the guild."
His words had an electrifying effect on the team. They felt their determination strengthen, eager to meet the guild's expectations.
Kim Tae-Yoon couldn't help but smile internally. In his mind, he thought,
"Ah,these 'idiots' , if i use them properly, I can take all the profit and grow my influence, becoming an indispensable asset for the guild and i am sure i can get all those previlages for my self." kim tae yoon was overly excited
As the team ventured deeper into the dungeon, they encountered a new challenge. Several monsters began to emerge, and they weren't more than E-rank creatures. They were Blazefoxes, fox-like creatures with flames flickering atop their heads, and behind them, small goblins that seemed to be taming these fiery beasts.
One of the team members questioned their unusual alliance, asking,
"Hyung nim, why are these monsters tamed by goblins?"
Kim Tae-Yoon, considered the situation and came in a conclusion that,
"It's probably a developed dungeon where the creatures have a more advanced brain than their counterparts. No matter what, let's finish them."
After they defeated the normal monsters, the team entered the Boss room. In front of them was a "three-tailed Blazefox".
"No wonder it's a boss monster," one of the team members remarked.
"But isn't this more like a 'C-rank' dungeon boss? Why is it in an E-rank dungeon?" Kim questioned aloud.
Kim smacked his head and said, "You fool, what are you saying? If we kill this beast, we'll probably gain more fame, won't we?"
One of his crew members asked, "But isn't beating something like that hard?"
Kim replied, "Yes, normally. But this device I have in my hand, given by the guild, can automatically kill up to a C-rank beast." He then threw the device at the beast. It exploded, causing the monster to fall into a coma.
Kim said, "Everyone, march forward."
As they approached the stunned beast, they attacked it using their weapons and magic, gradually taking it down.
"It's over," Kim declared.
The expedition team emerged from the dungeon with the boss monster's head in hand. The media was filled with more people, and they were called heroes for clearing a C-rank beast on their own.
Mr. Park couldn't help but voice his amazement, "Isn't the core of a C-rank worth like 9 million won or something?"
Mr. Jung nodded in agreement, "Yes, it's very rare to beat one. Even with a B-rank hunter, to defeat a C-rank boss, you need quite the power."
Then the expedition team exited the dungeon and moved on to clear another. The media also swarmed the scene.
The members of the association began barking at the cleaners, saying, "Hey, you guys, start cleaning this!"
They all turned their attention to Han Ji Woo as he finally raised his voice, his words heavy with curiosity and a tinge of frustration. "Why do they look down on cleaners so much?" he asked, his eyes fixed on Mr. Jung.
Mr. Jung responded, saying, "They look down on us because we make so little. We're essentially the lowest rung of society, and in this day and age, it's become a sad commonality."
Mr. Park nodded in agreement and also said...
Mr. Jung continued, "Mr. Han, let me tell you something about life..."
"When you think that people actually don't look down on you, that moment you must understand that you have not seen enough of this world's cruelty."
"People only care about themselves, and you can't always think that they will be there for you."
Han Ji Woo was struck by the truth in Mr. Jung's words. Memories of past rejections and dismissals flashed before his eyes. "Yes, Mr. Jung, I understand what you mean."
Later, they entered the dungeon and began to take out the monsters. Han Ji Woo was separating the monster parts that were needed and not needed.
But something was different. Han Ji Woo began hearing a voice, an echo inside his head, faint yet persistent. It whispered, "Move forward."
Confusion swirled in Han Ji Woo's mind. He turned to Mr. Jung and asked, "Do you hear that?"
Mr. Jung looked at him skeptically. "Are you hallucinating or something? I don't hear anything."
He also warned Han Ji Woo not to go to the Boss room, as there would probably be nothing left by the time they got there, as most teams looted everything.
The voice grew louder, more urgent, as if it depended on Han's proximity to the Boss room. His determination pushed him forward despite Mr. Jung's warning.
"I have to see what's inside."
