Damon clung tightly to the statue's head as he feared he would drop dead into the ground. Helpless, he watched as Mikha'el soared across the city, conjuring tornadoes in her wake.
"I have to keep trying," Damon whispered to himself, fighting the urge to retreat and resign to the chaos. His gaze fixated on the Cathedral, where people sought refuge for what might be their final sanctuary.
Amongst them, Damon spotted Ignis and several Knights rushing in.
"Dragon of the Wind, Aerodrax …. is attacking Acedia itself, again!" Ignis's voice carried up to Damon as Mikha'el loomed overhead.
"Aerodrax?" Damon murmured in confusion, his brow furrowing at the unfamiliar name.
"Tsk, I don't want Mikha'el to stain her own reputation!" Frustration surged within Damon. He took a deep breath, gathering his resolve before unleashing a booming cry into the stormy air.
