Matthew had begun his adventure of the unknown by walking into a forest, completely in the nude. Though he had not chosen to be in the circumstance that he currently found himself in, he begrudgingly pushed on.
"God it's cold, even with the trees blocking any excess winds from blowing through. Why the hell am I here naked?"
Matthew continues to complain to no one as he continued through the forest. His ability 'Quest System' had given him an objective. It was to explore the forest and find items that he still had no idea how to.

The only reason Matthew had agreed to taking the quest in the first place was that he wanted pants to wear, covering up 'Little Matty' before he was spotted.
He looked around and wondered aloud, "How am I supposed to know what tree is this Muggart one when everything looks the same?"
Matthew suddenly tripped over a root that had been sticking out of the ground and placed a hand on a tree to stop himself from falling.
[Yoark Tree]
Matthew pulled his had back reflexively, as yet another notification box appeared in front of him.
"Ohhh, right. Scan."
Matthew had an ability which allowed him to see the information of objects and people. Since he had not received a notification while looking around the forest earlier, he assumed that it was an ability that relied on touch to activate.
-Scan: Allows you to scan objects and beings in order to learn any information about them. Those of higher rank will show limited information. Likewise, objects that are of higher rank will show limited information-
.
"Well then," Matthew said to himself, as he straightened up and looked around himself, determined, "Lets find ourselves a Muggart tree."
He began walking through the forest at a brisk walk, touching every tree that he was able to in his path.
[Yoark Tree]
[Yoark Tree]
[Bloos Tree]
[Yoark Tree]
[Pine Tree]
...
[Muggart Tree]
Matthew stopped. It had taken what felt like half an hour to finally find it.
"Well then, this is it?" he asked no one. Matthew had developed a habit of talking to himself over the years of loneliness outside of his home. It had only been himself and his Mother since his fathers passing when he was only a child.
Matthew stretched out a hand to a branch that hung low enough for him to reach, though barely considering his short stature.
[Muggart Tree Leaf] Quest Item. 1/3
He smiled at the notification that appeared. He began to pluck 2 more off the Branch.
[Muggart Tree Leaf] Quest Item. 3/3
Matthew began to circle the tree and spotted a trickle of silver liquid that had left a trail down its trunk. He poked at it.
[Muggart Tree Sap] Quest Item. 0/1
"I guess I just scoop up as much as I need until this quest is read as complete?" He asked himself.
He began to slide his finger up the trunk of the tree, the silver sap slightly glowing under the moonlight.
"Wow," Matthew exclaimed as he peered closer at the sap. It looked like nothing he had ever seen, though there were many things he wad never seen before that had made themselves known to him in the last hour.

Matthew directed his mind to his inventory, opening it at the thought.
"Convenient," He said to himself as he wondered how he was meant to get the items out of his inventory. As he thought about taking the pants, they appeared in his hands. "Convenient indeed."
.
.
Matthew was walking through the forest once again, this time with pants.
He had no idea on where he was going as another quest hadn't been issued to him yet, but he continued on nonetheless.
After what had felt like an hour, he stopped. He could smell something akin to that of pork coming from his right. His stomach grumbled as he had remembered he hadn't eaten anything all day.
Tyson and his team of delinquents had taken his lunch and his money, which left Matthew with an empty stomach.
"Maybe they'll be friendly?" He pondered, walking slowly towards the smell.
.
Matthew drew closer to the smell and peered over the bushes to see what was cooking. His head suddenly shot back down, silently, his mind racing.
Matthew had seen his classmates play games before, and had seen the creature that was on the other side of the bush in one of them. Its green skin and humanoid figure were unmistakable.
Matthew was terrified and want to run screaming, but his stomach was begging him for something to fill it. What appeared before him did not help him to make any rational choices.

Matthew reluctantly picked up a rock and slowly made his way behind the green figure. It had not moved from the spot it was sitting, looking at the meat that was currently roasting on the fire.
He stood behind the goblin, and with all his might, brought the rock down on its head.
