As a merchant who got the skills from merchant skill chest, he could equip and unequip skills any time he wished as there was a limit to the number of skills a person could have. Others could delete their skills too but if they had to get it back like Larcen, they had no choice but to buy it from the trade terminal or receive it directly from Larcen himself.
