Zhihui bounded across the rocky surface with a grin spread across his face. "Oh baby, don't hurt me!" he sang to himself, scanning the surroundings for any sign of corpses.
"Silas is probably fuming right now," Zhihui remarked, his smirk growing wider. "Just as I expected."
The black-haired beggar's face gleamed, his eyes lighting up like dollar signs.
"The gains this time are incredible. I managed to secure both cores and snagged a few items from those bloodlust sect corpses. They seemed valuable."
"And I achieved the main goal of acquiring knowledge from the bloodlust sect disciple," Zhihui mused, scratching his chin. "Though it would've been better if I could have obtained the leader's knowledge... Speaking of which, between him and that fox, I wonder who'll come out on top?"
