Daniel and Carter slept in until 9 a.m. before their alarms went off, and the two got up, though their bodies hurt the night before they were both sure that the pain they felt now was somehow worse than the day before but still, they didn't have time to do nothing, they had a full day of things to do.
After Daniel made his call the night before he told Carter that Abi would be there and Carter responded with the same thing, both his brother's family and his mother would attend and when he told them they were working on the nursery they wanted to see how it looked once they were finished, both felt a little pressured to get it ready in time for the party that night, so they wanted to finish everything before the party started.
The two had breakfast together and got dressed in some old clothes they didn't mind getting dirty and started their work on the nursery. They started by hanging the curtains and from there they moved to put up some shelves.
