Chapter 42 - Chapter 21 of 7 - The Moment of Explosion Has Arrived.

Days passed, and it was time for the soldiers to work on harvesting materials in the abandoned city. As expected, seven soldiers from Zona and three from Castiel were involved in the task. Everything was proceeding according to plan, and the attack on the leader's residence was about to happen.

Two days later, in the city barracks, during the night.

"You've been betrayed? Hahaha!"

"I didn't want to see that," said the soldier, with evident sadness in his voice.

"Hahahaha! Good thing I'm not you," the soldier continued laughing, joy overflowing in his expression.

"Hey! Look…"

"What?"

Upon closer inspection, they saw another pair of soldiers, whose silhouettes stood out in the shadows. Blood began to spill on the floor, forming a puddle, while the stabbed soldier, perplexed, questioned the reason for the betrayal. The sword blade had mercilessly pierced his body, leaving a deep wound.

With trembling hands, soaked in blood, the wounded soldier grabbed the other's shoulder, seeking support as agony settled in his eyes. Between painful breaths, he murmured:

"You… You traitor!"

The other soldier remained indifferent to the situation, showing no trace of feelings. Without hesitation, he withdrew his sword, and the agonizing soldier collapsed on the ground, succumbing to the intensity of the pain. The other pair of soldiers, noticing the hostile presence, went on the defensive, drawing their swords with quick and precise movements.

"Go report this and sound the alarm," said the joyful soldier.

"Yes, good luck."

The joyful soldier approached slowly, keeping his sword firmly pointed at the assassin soldier. Each step was taken with caution, his eyes fixed on the opponent.

"What's your identity?" questioned the joyful soldier, his voice cutting through the tense silence.

"You're next."

"What?... Argh! How… like this!"

"Yes. Next!"

"You are. Why?!"

The joyful soldier couldn't believe what had happened. The blade pierced him from behind, and death became inevitable in his eyes. The betrayal from his friend was an even deeper pain, a wound that couldn't be measured by just spilled blood.

"Why? Do you still ask! Huh!"

With tears in his eyes, the sad soldier activated his ability. With a swift motion, he cut his friend from bottom to top, spilling blood everywhere. The sad soldier's ability allowed him to increase the strength of his cut sevenfold after the first strike. However, each witnessed death added three times more to this increase.

"Unfortunately for you, I killed that bitch."

The sad soldier, known as Miguel, wore a gray armor similar to the other soldiers, displaying a black American-style haircut and black eyes that revealed all his emotions, always above the limit.

Walking over to the other soldier, holding the blood-drenched sword, Miguel licked the blade with the support of his fingers, in a macabre gesture. Words escaped his lips, filled with a mix of pain and anger, as he uttered:

"Delicious! So, this is the taste of a traitor?"

"Let's go?"

"Yes, but…"

Miguel swung the sword towards the other soldier, splashing blood on his face. Seizing the opportunity, he delivered a precise blow, separating the opponent's head from the body.

"Come, Kritina. Ah! Come, moaner."

Miguel's sword began to tremble, echoing a low murmur that seemed to be the voice of a woman moaning. The subtle sound intertwined with the ominous atmosphere, creating a sense of unease in the air.

"Want more, Kritina? Let's drink all the blood of these soldiers."

Kritina began to moan more intensely, her voice echoing through the scene as she collected the blood of the joyful soldier. The moan mingled with the surroundings, creating a macabre melody that ingrained itself in Miguel's mind.

"Kritina, this is the man who betrayed me. He's tasty, isn't he?"

"Ooooohhhhh! Yeeeeaaaah! Uuuuuhhhh! Oooogggiiiii! Aaaaaahhhhh!" The sword emitted various moans known to humanity.

"Yes. That's right, Kritina. Moan more! Moan more for me! Haaaaaaaaa! I came! Love you, Kritina!"

"Uuuuuuuhhhhh!"

"Did you come too, Kritina? You're truly a delicious woman. Oops. I wet my pants."

"Oh! Is Kristina all wet too?" said Miguel while licking the blood-sprinkled sword. "Ah! Delicious! Kritina!"

"Glugluglugluglulgu!" Kritina choked.

"Want more Kristina? Let's move on to the next one!"

"Yeeeeaaaah!" moaned Kritina as she dripped.

Miguel had a nickname in the headquarters. Being a man crazed during battles, they called him the 'Psycho of the Sword of the Bloody Moan.'

The alarm began to sound throughout the headquarters. This was not the only battle being fought; others were also happening in the same way. None of the wounded soldiers understood what was happening.

In the office, Zona couldn't understand what he did wrong. Although everything was going satisfactorily, this event was not expected to happen. Zona was terrified and began scratching his head, consumed by anger and confusion.

"Why?! Why?! Why?! Why?! Why?!!!!!!"

Zona's head started bleeding due to excessive scratching. The rest of the blood flowed from his mouth, and he, in a disturbing manner, licked it with an expression that mixed frustration and a strange satisfaction.

"No matter what's happening. Castiel must still die."

Someone approached and forcefully opened the doors, shouting:

"Commander! The gate has been opened!"

"What? Who did that?"

"A group of soldiers did that, and several from the Zura clan are attacking us."

"What? Zura clan?"

'Was this always your plan, Castiel? From the beginning, did you think I was in the palm of your hand? But I don't mind dying as long as I rip off your head.'

"I will tear you apart, Castiel!"

In the leader's residence.

"At this very moment, he must be thinking of killing me, hahaha! However, everything is going as planned. Right, Nana?"

"Yes, Lord Castiel."

"The first phase has been completed. According to our plan, we sent regular soldiers for the harvest. We have special soldiers that can be easily used. In the second phase, this dispute will be simple. How are we in relation to the third phase?"

"The clan leader has not yet presented herself on the battlefield."

"I see. So she won't show up anytime soon. It was expected of that woman, but I know she's planning something. As soon as I enter the battlefield, she will appear. I know that bitch well."

'As if you're better than her.'

"Let's go, Nana and Nita."

"Yes, Lord Castiel."

"Yes, master."

"The time for the explosion has arrived."
