Madeleine
I woke up and saw the state of my room. Broken vases and broken glass were everywhere. I did it.
" Princess, you are up....." Amy said coming towards me.
" I will call someone to clean this...." She said.
" I am sorry Amy....." I said in a weak voice.
She came and sat beside me. She said,
"You don't have to be sorry for anything. I understand. You don't have to explain."
Her words gave me relief. I thanked her for her understanding.
Door to room opened and Jenifer came in. She gasped after seeing the room.
" Mother Mary, What happened in here?" She exclaimed.
I got up to apologise but Amy came in front of me and eyed me. She was going to handle it.
" Head maid, yesterday the door of balcony was open and when we came after a walk, everything was broken.."
She bowed " I am sorry. It's my mistake."
She didn't have to be sorry for my actions. I stepped forward and said," Jenifer, It was my mistake. She is just taking my blame on her. I am sorry."
" It's okay. I am glad you are not injured. I will call someone to clean." She turned around to walk but stopped and said," I came to tell you that Princess Akshita is holding a tea party in the greenhouse."
" Thanks...." I said.
And she walked out of room. I turned to face Amy and said," Amy, you don't have to be responsible for my actions. In fact, no one has to...My actions are my own. You are with me it's enough for me. "
She smiled warmly at me and said," Madam Kelly will be very proud of you today."
" I have not did anything praise worthy. She will hate me for this...."
Amy was going to console me but I turned around to do my morning routine.
Even if she said she understood but she didn't understand. Even I was confused. How could she be so sure?

I was walking towards the greenhouse. After rain, every thing was shining under the sun light. Sun was bright and high up in the sky but I was still dealing with my pain and confusion.
" Princess, if you are not well you don't have to force yourself to go." Amy said. She was anxious for me.
I smiled at her and said," I am alright."
Atleast,I could smile for her. she was worried for me now a days. I didn't want to give her more tension.
I entered the green house and saw that many ladies were here. I only remembered faces. On seeing me ,they greeted me. I sat beside Akshita.
" How are you now?" She asked.
" I am fine."
" I heard you were very sick. I am sorry I couldn't come to meet you....."
" No, it's okay and you must be busy with crown prince." I teased her to lighten the mood.
Her face paled on his name. She didn't say anything. She didn't look alright.
" Are you alright? Did something happen?" I asked.
Did something happen between them? Why was she ignoring my questions?
She came out of her mind and said while averting her gaze," Oh, nothing.....try this tea, it's imported from my kingdom."
" Did something happen? You can tell me..I...wi...."
" Pardon, my late entry....." We got interrupted by a high pitched voice. Everyone looked in that direction. It was Camilla. My mood soared on seeing her. Why was she here?
Akshita got up and said," It's alright. We just started. Come and sit with us..."
She came and sat on other side of Akshita.
" Everyone is here. Let's start today's party." She announced and sat on her seat back.
" You really became crown Princess." Camilla said in a teasing voice.
Akshita laughed shyly and said," Eat this cake. I especially asked the chief to make this cheese cake."
" Aww.....Now, our princess is shy." Camilla teased her again.
This time also, she averted her questions. She was not being shy. She was hiding something.
" Lady Camilla, haven't you heard their story yet?" A lady asked.
" It is very well known in the whole kingdom." Another lady said.
"You all are really exaggerating." Akshita said again. Something was definitely going on.
"Crown Princess is being shy now." Someone said and all the ladies giggled.
" Forget about me, tell me your love stories or the type of guys you like." Akshita said.
" I like handsome and muscular guys." Katty said.
" My fiance count Bellevue is so dreamy and romantic." Another lady said.
Every lady told their preferences in guys and my mood lightened.
" What about princess Madeleine?" A lady asked.
I was dumbfounded by that sudden question. Name of Alaric was on my tongue but I swallowed it.
" Yeah, please tell us...." Caroline said.
I remembered all the moments I spent with Alaric. Those were some happy moments of my life.
" You are smiling secretly. You must be hiding something. Please tell us....." Katty said pointing out my smile. I didn't realise I was smiling.
" You can tell your preference....." Akshita said.
" The guy that I will love must be the most handsome guy, with playful and deep eyes he will make my anger evaporate quickly. He would be the only one to make me laugh, make me cry and the one that could persuade me. He would be the part of my sweetest and worst times. But, he would punish himself if he believed that I was hurt because of him.To prove his love he would do anything for me..." I told them. When I first started my voice was strong and determined but as I finished it became weak and emotional.
Everyone remained silent for a few seconds and Katty break the silence,
" It was really deep but beyond my understanding."
Everyone laughed on her silliness. Akshita was eyeing me, she knew something was up.
" Lady Camilla, it's your turn now." A lady said.
" Me..But..I.." Camilla got flustered.
She was good at acting. Why won't she tell everyone about her evil plans?
" Everybody else also told, now it's your turn..." another lady said.
" I....."
" Yeah, yeah, it must be someone we know....." Charlotte hinted.
I knew what they were trying to say.
" Akshita...." We were interrupted by the a voice.
We looked to see it was crown prince. Everybody gasped and stood up to greet me. I also stood up with everyone.
" I am sorry ladies, but I am taking Akshita with me....." He said
" We can talk after this is over.." Akshita said.
He walked towards Akshita and said,"It's really important."
He grabbed her hand and took her out. Everyone was speechless and was shocked. What was happening?
Ladies started whispering to each other and started guessing about the situations. Akshita looked in a dilemma. She was not okay.
" I think we should stop this tea party here." Camilla said.
For the first time, I agreed with her. More they would witness, more they would talk nuisance. It was better to cease this here.
Everyone else agreed and started to file out of greenhouse . I also stood up to go out.
" Princess Maldeliene...." Camilla called me from behind. What did she want? I faced towards her and waited for her to complete her sentence.
" We never personally met. I just want to know you more....." She smiled at me. It was a warm smile. Looks could be really deceiving. What was her motive? I studied her but couldn't figure out what was she thinking? I finally said,
" I know what are you trying to do? "
" W..what are you taking about?" She asked innocently.
" Don't be so indifferent. It's obvious you know about me and Alaric but you don't like us together a bit."
" W...What are you saying? It's not like that. I really want you to..."
" Don't act in front of me but remember that he is just mine...only mine...."
I turned around to walk but she grabbed my hand. I was shocked at her forwardness.
" How dare you?..."
" You are misunderstanding. Listen to me...." She said in a desperate voice. She was so eager. Why was she eager? She wanted to make me understand, but why? Then ,I remembered her with Alaric.
She was fooling me. She looked so innocent, anyone could fall for her tactics. I jerked away my hand from her grip. She flinched backwards and fell on the ground.
" Camilla...." I heard a loud voice.
