We were being carried by Caelus, it was... absurdly fast. But even despite the speed that Caelus possessed, he had to limit his speed for our sake. If he used his full power, we'd get there much faster but I'd sustain damage and although I could heal, the other Knight wasn't realistically going posses strong enough Healing Magic, if he could use it at all, to let him survive flying at such speed.
"Sir Tempest. Let go of me. I think... I think I understand how flying works."
I had spent my time trying to understand how he flew, and so I had gained a deeper insight on it. Then without a second thought, Caelus let go of me but... I didn't fall for too long as soon I was able to hover.
The sensation of flying was disorientating. So, hovering was all I could actually do for now.
'I'm... flying. Awesome, this is just way too damn amazing.'
And then, I very slowly flew to where caelus was. It was super hard to fly, I could barely keep myself upright.
Caelus greeted me with a smile.
"I'm beyond impressed, even her Highness can't fly yet. Now, it'll be too slow if I let you fly on your own. And, when you first fly, your Mana efficiency is terrible. So, even with that freaky Mana Capacity you'll run out. Now, fly over here and we'll continue our journey."
And so, I flew upwards until I was at the same height as Caelus and then I flew forwards. Flying diagonally was a bit difficult, which is why I had to take that route.
Then, Caelus grabbed me and we continued our journey.

After a long flight, we finally reached the capital. And, I had finally replenished all my Mana. Truth be told the rate at which I replenished Mana was immense. I was able to recover the Mana that took me a week to wear out even while using Arcane Magic in what, a few hours or something?
Though, that was because I was focusing on replenishing it. If an Awakened has time, they can concentrate and accelerate the rate at which they replenish Mana. I'm not sure hpw big the boost is, but it's definitely helpful.
Soon, we reached the Imperial Castle. And it was absolutely massive, I couldn't actually understand why a building would need to be this big. We landed near the garden, and the gardener on duty bowed his head towards Caelus and got back to work.
The Imperial Castle was busy, as a matter of fact the entirety of the Imperial Capital was busy, it was a bustling city. When we were flying overhead, I saw hordes of people swarming the city. There were obviously different concentrations of people depending on where in the capital we were.
The further from the castle a place was, the poorer and the more concentrated the population was, generally speaking anyways.
When we entered the actual castle building, the Knight that came with Caelus went on his own way, saying something about needing to write a report while me and Caelus strolled through the castle. Not a single guard dared question who I was or what we were doing.
And that because Caelus Tempest was the one accompanying me. If it had been any other Knight, then this probably wouldn't be possible. But, since it was Caelus, they knew that there wouldn't be anything to fear or worry about.
And so, we made our way through the castle, and soon we were greeted by a large door with two guards infront of it. These guards seemed stronger than the other Knights, however even they decided to allow Caelus through.
This was the door to the throne room, so naturally, the person inside that room would be none other than someone from the Imperial Family.
And, who would greet me if not the Imperial Princess who was the lady I was supposed to protect and...
The Villainess as well as the descendant of the God of Darkness.
She was sat on her throne, twirling her fingers around her long, black hair. Her were crossed and she wore a rather simple, long black dress. Her piercing, vermillion eyes looked down at both me and Caelus.
However, Caelus didn't kneel, and he didn't seem mad that I wasn't kneeling.
Then, she spoke.
"W...Welcome back? No... that's not right. How are you? No... that's also not right. I missed you. Yeah, that's it. I missed you, Reinhardt."
The Villainess was as imposing as she was nervous, but, she was still only around fifteen like me. And, considering the situation, it wasn't surprising that she was a bit nervous.
But, I had to continue feigning my amnesia. So, even if I felt a little bad, this was my only option.
"I'm sorry... but who are you?"
My knowledge betrayed what I was saying, I knew she was Charlotte Von Erebus, 'The Child Of Darkness.'
A/N: might be busy tmr, unsure if there'll be a post.
